L'invention concerne un procédé assisté par ordinateur pour sélectionner comprenant : - l'affichage d'informations associées à au moins un article à sélectionner par un utilisateur au moyen d'un dispositif d'affichage d'un système de réalité augmentée à l'utilisateur ; - la sélection du ou des articles ; - l'affichage d'une confirmation si le bon article et/ou le nombre correct d'articles est sélectionné, ainsi qu'une station de travail pour mettre en œuvre le procédé.
