Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for physical training.
- Body exercising devices according to the invention can be used by amateur athletes as well as competitive athletes and are also suitable for other areas of physical training, such as rehabilitation training, for on-land and water movements.
- Each sport has its own requirement profile, which main action muscles for the movement of the upper and lower extremities contribute to athletic performance.
- the core muscles have a central connecting position; These include, inter alia .:
- the trunk is limited to the abdomen and back above the pelvic bone as part of the human upper body.
- a major function of the trunk muscles is the stabilization of the spine. By working the abdominal and back muscles as opponents, they also shape the posture. The voltage changes in the so-called holding muscles are rather small. The main action muscles of the extremities, for example, can more effectively transfer their tension the better the trunk area can transmit stresses. An example of this is the Weight lifting belt that helps to stabilize the body center and supports the effect of the moving muscles.
- Body longitudinal axis the core muscles during the execution of sport-specific movement change can be trained simultaneously sustained.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a device for physical training, which makes it possible to selectively train the particular in the specific sport particularly stressed muscles during the particular sport-specific movement execution or to isolate the area of the trunk muscles associated sensory perceptions to generate an adjustment.
- Substantially tubular has a first, inner layer of an elastic material and a second layer connected to the first layer with ballast and / or buoyancy means.
- the second layer may be permanently bonded to the first layer or temporarily connectable to the first layer.
- the device as such is placed in each case so that the particular sports in particular stressed particular muscle parts are particularly irritated during sports specific training.
