一种温控电子烟,包括主体盒子和雾化器,所述主体盒子包括主体前盖(5)、控制板(7)、18650电池(17)和主体后盖(21),主体前盖(5)前端面的内壁上固连控制板(7),主体前盖(5)固连主体后盖(21);控制板(7)后方的主体前盖(5)内设置电池盒(11),电池盒(11)内设置18650电池(17),从而为整个设备供电,有效提高锂电池的使用效率,提高消费者的使用感觉;使用温度的控制方法避免没有烟油的时候或高温的时候烧坏雾化装置中吸油棉,不会产生有害的烟雾,不会烧断使用纯镍的发热丝雾化器;对温度的控制可以在显示屏上直观的显示出来,能清楚地知道当前的设置温度及热量的数值。

Description

一种温控电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子烟,具体是一种温控电子烟。
背景技术
目前,市面上销售的电子烟主要是由雾化装置(也称雾化器)与控制的主体盒子组合使用,主体盒子由锂电池供电,内部装有控制电路来控制对雾化器的输出,而雾化器由各种金属及其它材料组成,装有镍铬的发热电阻丝,并在电阻丝中装入吸油棉,在储油仓中加入液体烟油。当通过主体的开关控制输出电压,电压使雾化器中的发热电阻丝发热产生高温蒸发液体烟油产生烟雾,达到吸烟产生烟雾的效果。主要是通过主体盒中的控制电路控制对雾化器的输出电压大小使发热丝的温度高低不同来实现烟雾量的大小。
目前市面上所使用的电子烟控制主要是单靠升降压原理来控制,其转换效率低,消耗电池能量过高的问题,现有该类产品在使用中会使雾化装置(也叫雾化器,下同)表面温度急剧升高,有烫手的现象,现有产品在使用中会烧坏雾化器中吸油用的棉,使吸油棉变黑烧焦,吸烟的口感变差,同时也容易烧坏雾化器中的发热丝,造成需要频繁更换雾化芯甚至整个雾化器也不能再用。对雾化器的温度控制没有直观的显示及数据,而是只能显示其功率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种温控电子烟,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种温控电子烟,包括主体盒子和雾化器,所述主体盒子包括主体前盖、控制板、18650电池和主体后盖,主体前盖前端面的内壁上固连控制板,主体前盖固连主体后盖;控制板后方的主体前盖内设置电池盒,电池盒内设置18650电池,从而为整个设备供电;所述主体前盖的侧面设置雾化座,雾化座通过雾化座螺母固定在主体前盖的侧壁上,而雾化座的底部设置雾化座正极,雾化座正极和雾化座之间设置雾化座正极绝缘片,所述雾化座正极通过长弹簧和弹簧固定座连接电池盒上的电池串联片,所述雾化座连接雾化器;所述控制 板上设置主控IC,主控IC通过温度检测及反馈系统连接雾化器,主控IC通过升降压控制系统连接雾化器的雾化芯,所述主控IC连接18650电池和电源管理模块。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述主体前盖的前端面上设置镜片、调量按键和电源按键,且镜片、调量按键和电源按键均与控制板的OLED显示模块、调量加减键和开关按键接触连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述雾化芯为纯镍发热丝。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)能有效提高锂电池的使用效率,提高了消费者的使用感觉。
(2)其使用温度的控制方法避免没有烟油的时候或高温的时候烧坏了雾化装置中吸油棉,不会产生有害的烟雾。
(3)能有效控制不会烧断使用纯镍的发热丝雾化器。
(4)对温度的控制可以在显示屏上直观的显示出来,能清楚地知道当前的设置温度及热量的数值。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实 施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1~3,本发明实施例中,一种温控电子烟,包括主体盒子和雾化器,所述主体盒子包括主体前盖5、控制板7、18650电池17和主体后盖21,主体前盖5的前端面上设置镜片2、调量按键3和电源按键4,而主体前盖5前端面的内壁上固连控制板7,且镜片2、调量按键3和电源按键4均与控制板7的OLED显示模块、调量加减键和开关按键接触连接,便于控制,主体前盖5固连主体后盖21,以便于将主体前盖5内的部件进行保护;
控制板7后方的主体前盖5内设置电池盒11,电池盒11内设置18650电池17,从而为整个设备供电;
所述主体前盖5的侧面设置雾化座6,雾化座6通过雾化座螺母8固定在主体前盖5的侧壁上,而雾化座6的底部设置雾化座正极10,雾化座正极10和雾化座6之间设置雾化座正极绝缘片9,从而使得雾化器正常工作,所述雾化座正极10通过长弹簧13和弹簧固定座14连接电池盒11上的电池串联片15,所述雾化座6连接雾化器。
所述控制板7上设置主控IC,主控IC通过温度检测及反馈系统连接雾化器,主控IC通过升降压控制系统连接雾化器的雾化芯,雾化芯为纯镍发热丝,所述主控IC连接18650电池17和电源管理模块,通过电源管理模块控制8650电池17对控制板7进行供电。
通过对雾化器中的雾化芯进行数据采集,采集后反馈给主控IC,由主控IC做出相对应的判断,输出实时与雾化器匹配的电压,供雾化芯蒸发烟液产生烟雾达到吸烟的效果,因主控IC是实时与雾化器端进行检测并数据采集,所以能够更精准的来对雾化器进行输出,当雾化器内雾化芯表面温度升高时主控IC会迅速调低对雾化器端的电压输出,以防止其温度继续上升,使烟液不会受高温蒸发而产生有害物质,同时当雾化器内没有了烟液时,其发热丝温度因没有烟液会急剧上升,此时主控IC端通过反馈的检测信号及时做出输入调整或关闭对雾化器端的输出,从而达到保护发热电阻丝的目的,不会因温度过高烧断和烧坏发热丝中所附的吸油棉。此时也不会有烧棉的烟雾出现,保护消费者不会吸入有害烟雾。
因控制板7能实现实时监控雾化器端雾化芯的温度,同时给出更精确的输出,现有市 面上产品只能固定输出的方式。当温度升高时不会实时调整,所以现方案比现有市面上产品效率更高,对电池能量的消耗也能更少,达到提升电池使用效率的目的。

  1. 一种温控电子烟,包括主体盒子和雾化器,所述主体盒子包括主体前盖、控制板、18650电池和主体后盖,其特征在于,主体前盖前端面的内壁上固连控制板,主体前盖固连主体后盖;控制板后方的主体前盖内设置电池盒,电池盒内设置18650电池,从而为整个设备供电;所述主体前盖的侧面设置雾化座,雾化座通过雾化座螺母固定在主体前盖的侧壁上,而雾化座的底部设置雾化座正极,雾化座正极和雾化座之间设置雾化座正极绝缘片,所述雾化座正极通过长弹簧和弹簧固定座连接电池盒上的电池串联片,所述雾化座连接雾化器;所述控制板上设置主控IC,主控IC通过温度检测及反馈系统连接雾化器,主控IC通过升降压控制系统连接雾化器的雾化芯,所述主控IC连接18650电池和电源管理模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种温控电子烟,其特征在于,所述主体前盖的前端面上设置镜片、调量按键和电源按键,且镜片、调量按键和电源按键均与控制板的OLED显示模块、调量加减键和开关按键接触连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种温控电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化芯为纯镍发热丝。
