Abstract

The invention discloses a prong snap button defective product detector for a buttoning machine, comprising an upper detection and induction support (1), a lower auxiliary detection support (2), a sensor component (3), a programmable controller (4), an induction module (5), a counter (6) and a foot pedal switch (7); an induction coil (8) is arranged at the center of the upper detection and induction support, an insulation layer (9) is arranged on the surface, the wiring part is connected with the special induction module and connected with a signal input/output port of the programmable controller, and an auxiliary induction coil (10) is arranged at the center of the lower auxiliary detection support; and a housing of the sensor component adopts a metal housing, a power input wire is connected with an auxiliary power port of the programmable controller, the signal input end of the sensor component is connected with the signal input/output port of the programmable controller.
