Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif microfluidique et électrochimique permettant de détecter un matériel génétique. Ledit dispositif comprend : une ou plusieurs couches cellulosiques comprenant une zone de test hydrophile et/ou une zone de dépôt d'échantillon hydrophile en communication fluidique l'une avec l'autre; un ou plusieurs agents d'amplification sélectionnés pour amplifier un matériel génétique et intégrés dans la zone de test hydrophile ou dans la zone de dépôt d'échantillon; un ou plusieurs agents liants intégrés dans la zone de test ou dans la zone de dépôt d'échantillon et sélectionnés pour lier le matériel génétique amplifié pour entraîner un changement de la concentration d'un produit chimique de signalisation, le produit chimique de signalisation est soit intégré dans la zone de test ou dans la zone de dépôt d'échantillon avant la liaison, soit est un produit nouvellement généré de la liaison; et un ensemble d'électrodes comprenant une ou plusieurs électrodes en contact fluidique avec la zone de test et configurées pour interagir avec le produit chimique de signalisation pour entraîner un changement courant lisible par un lecteur électrochimique. La présente invention concerne en outre des procédés d'utilisation du dispositif et un kit contenant le dispositif.
