Definitions
- the present invention relates to laminated glass and relates to laminated glass provided with a functional film.
- a window glass various functions are performed on a laminated glass by enclosing a functional film inside the laminated glass.
- a functional film inside the laminated glass.
- what enclosed the infrared reflective film and the light control film etc. are known.
- Patent Document 1 discloses that the constituent material of the intermediate adhesive layer is dried before the laminated glass is produced, and the water content is reduced. The technology to do is described.
- the inventors conducted intensive studies. That is, in the laminated glass in which the functional film is sandwiched between the glass plates through the intermediate adhesive layer, the peripheral edge of the laminated glass has a shape with a small thickness with respect to other regions due to the influence of the crimping process. A force was applied in the direction of peeling by the reaction force of the glass plate. In such a situation, when the moisture permeability of the intermediate adhesive layer in the laminated glass is a predetermined numerical value, it has been found that peeling occurring at the interface between the functional film and the intermediate adhesive layer can be remarkably suppressed.
- the present invention provides a laminated glass having a good design property over a long period of time, in a laminated glass including a functional film, suppressing a peeling phenomenon, particularly peeling occurring at the interface between the functional film and the intermediate adhesive layer. Objective.
- the laminated glass of the present invention has a pair of glass plates facing each other, a pair of intermediate adhesive layers that are in contact with the opposing surfaces of the pair of glass plates, and at least one of which has the predetermined moisture permeability shown below, A functional film disposed between the pair of intermediate adhesive layers, and a laminated glass comprising: The thickness measured at the end of the laminated glass is 5 ⁇ m or more smaller than the thickness of the laminated glass measured at a position 10 mm inside from the end.
- a laminated glass having a good design property over a long period of time can be prevented by suppressing a peeling phenomenon, particularly peeling occurring at the interface between the functional film and the intermediate adhesive layer. Can be provided.
- FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the laminated glass shown in FIG. 1 taken along line XX. It is sectional drawing of another example of embodiment of the laminated glass of this invention.
- the laminated glass of the present invention has a pair of glass plates facing each other, a pair of intermediate adhesive layers that are in contact with the opposing surfaces of the pair of glass plates, and at least one of which has the predetermined moisture permeability shown below, A functional film disposed between the pair of intermediate adhesive layers, and a laminated glass comprising:
- the thickness measured at the end of the laminated glass is 5 ⁇ m or more smaller than the thickness of the laminated glass measured at a position 10 mm inside from the end.
- the predetermined moisture permeability is the following moisture permeability (A).
- an end means a ridge line formed by joining a surface to a surface, and a peripheral edge is a region having a certain width from the end of the surface toward the center of the surface.
- the end means the outer periphery of the main surface of the laminated glass.
- the thickness of the laminated glass measured at the end is the distance from the end of one main surface of the laminated glass to the end of the other main surface at the measurement position.
- the thickness of the laminated glass measured at the end is also referred to as the thickness of the end of the laminated glass.
- the outer peripheral side as viewed from the central portion is referred to as the outer side
- the central portion side as viewed from the outer periphery
- FIG. 1 is a front view of an example of an embodiment of a laminated glass of the present invention
- FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX of the laminated glass shown in FIG.
- a laminated glass 10A shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 includes a pair of glass plates 1A and 1B facing each other, and a pair of intermediate adhesive layers 2A and 2B in contact with opposing surfaces of the pair of glass plates 1A and 1B, respectively. Is provided.
- the pair of glass plates 1A and 1B and the pair of intermediate adhesive layers 2A and 2B have principal surfaces having substantially the same shape and the same dimensions.
- the laminated glass 10A further has a main surface having a smaller area than the main surfaces of the glass plates 1A and 1B between the pair of intermediate adhesive layers 2A and 2B, and the outer periphery of the main surface is made of the glass plates 1A and 1B. It has the functional film 3 located inside the outer periphery of a main surface.
- the laminated glass 10 ⁇ / b> A has a thickness T ⁇ b> 1 measured at the end indicated by the measurement point E in FIG. 1 of the laminated glass 10 ⁇ / b> A at a position 10 mm inside from the end indicated by the measurement point E. It is smaller by 5 ⁇ m or more than the thickness T2 of the laminated glass 10A measured at (measurement point I in FIG. 1).
- the thicknesses T1 and T2 are measured by a normal method such as calipers or a micrometer. Examples of the micrometer include Mitutoyo Digimatic linear micron micrometer 406-250 OMV25M.
- the phenomenon that the thickness is reduced at the edge of the laminated glass is removed from the periphery of the laminated body of the glass plates 1A, 1B, the intermediate adhesive layers 2A, 2B, and the functional film 3 in the manufacturing process of the laminated glass 10A.
- This is a phenomenon that occurs because a large compressive force is applied to the end of the laminated body because the laminated body is subjected to a step of thermocompression bonding after being noticed.
- force acts in a direction (direction indicated by an arrow in FIG. 2) where the end portion is widened to have the same thickness as the inner thickness due to the restoring force of the glass plates 1A and 1B.
- FIG. 2 exaggerates the features of the actual product.
- the thickness of the laminated glass obtained through the manufacturing process as described above is substantially evenly reduced over the entire outer periphery of the laminated glass at the end compared to the inside. Accordingly, in the laminated glass of the present invention, the thickness is measured at least one point at the end (measurement point E in the laminated glass 10A) and 10 mm inward from the end, as exemplified by the laminated glass 10A. It is sufficient to carry out at two points (measurement point I in the laminated glass 10A). Any one point on the end may be any one point on the outer periphery of the laminated glass.
- the position of 10 mm inward from the measurement point of the thickness of the end is, for example, on a line perpendicularly intersecting with the measurement point on the side when the measurement point is on a linear side of the outer periphery of the laminated glass.
- the position is 10 mm inward from the measurement point.
- the position is 10 mm inward from the measurement point on the perpendicular to the tangent line of the measurement point.
- a frame line M indicates a position of 10 mm inward from the outer periphery of the laminated glass 10A.
- the measurement point E when an arbitrary point on the outer periphery is the measurement point E for the thickness of the end, one point on the frame line M where the above relationship is established with respect to the measurement point E is 10 mm inward from the end. Is the measurement point I.
- the thickness measured at the edge of the laminated glass is 10 ⁇ m or more smaller than the thickness of the laminated glass measured at a position 10 mm inside from the edge, further 20 ⁇ m or smaller, especially 30 ⁇ m or smaller.
- the effect of the present invention is further effective.
- substantially the same shape and the same size means having the same shape and the same size in human appearance.
- the two are “substantially the same shape and the same size”.
- the case where one outer peripheral shape does not have unevenness such as a notch and the other has an outer peripheral shape partially having a fine notch or the like is included in the category.
- “substantially” has the same meaning as described above.
- Glass plate As a material of glass plate 1A, 1B used for the laminated glass 10A of embodiment of this invention, transparent inorganic glass and organic glass (resin) are mentioned.
- the inorganic glass ordinary soda lime glass (also referred to as soda lime silicate glass), borosilicate glass, alkali-free glass, quartz glass and the like are used without particular limitation. Of these, soda lime glass is particularly preferred. Although it does not specifically limit about a shaping
- organic glass polycarbonate resin, polystyrene resin, aromatic polyester resin, acrylic resin, polyester resin, polyarylate resin, polycondensate of halogenated bisphenol A and ethylene glycol, acrylic urethane resin, halogenated aryl group A containing acrylic resin etc.
- polycarbonate resins such as aromatic polycarbonate resins and acrylic resins such as polymethyl methacrylate acrylic resins are preferable, and polycarbonate resins are more preferable.
- bisphenol A-based polycarbonate resin is particularly preferable among polycarbonate resins.
- a glass plate may be comprised including 2 or more types of above resins.
- the glass As the glass, a colorless and transparent material to which no coloring component is added may be used, or a colored and transparent material colored within a range not impairing the effects of the present invention may be used. Furthermore, these glasses may be used alone or in combination of two or more, for example, a laminated substrate laminated in two or more layers. Although it depends on the application location of the laminated glass, the glass is preferably inorganic glass.
- the pair of glass plates 1A and 1B used for the laminated glass 10A may be made of different types of materials, but are preferably the same.
- the thicknesses of the glass plates 1A and 1B can be appropriately selected depending on the application location of the laminated glass 10A, but generally it is preferably 0.2 to 5 mm. In particular, when the thickness of the glass plates 1A and 1B is 0.5 to 3 mm, the restoring force remaining in the laminated glass works remarkably, so that the effect of the present invention can be obtained particularly remarkably.
- the glass plates 1A and 1B may be provided with a coating that imparts a water repellent function, a hydrophilic function, an antifogging function, low radiation, ultraviolet absorption, and the like to the exposed surface exposed to the atmosphere.
- functional coatings such as an infrared shielding coating and a conductive coating, may be given to the mutually opposing surfaces of the glass plates 1A and 1B.

- the glass plates 1A and 1B may be provided with a black ceramic layer mainly around the peripheral edge.
- the black ceramic layer can be formed using a known material such as a colored ceramic paste.
- the ink used for forming the black ceramic layer for example, an ink in which a resin such as dark pigment, glass frit, refractory filler and ethyl cellulose is dispersed in a solvent is used.
- a black ceramic layer completely printed on a glass plate is obtained by printing ink on a glass plate in a predetermined pattern, performing preliminary baking by drying or ultraviolet irradiation, and then baking at a high temperature.
- the pair of intermediate adhesive layers 2A and 2B in the laminated glass 10A has a main surface substantially the same shape and the same size as the main surfaces of the glass plates 1A and 1B.
- the intermediate adhesive layers 2A and 2B are provided so as to be in contact with the opposing surfaces of the glass plates 1A and 1B while sandwiching the functional film 3, respectively.
- the intermediate adhesive layers 2A and 2B are bonded and integrated as a laminated glass 10A by sandwiching the functional film 3 between the pair of glass plates 1A and 1B via the intermediate adhesive layers 2A and 2B. It has a function.
- At least one of the intermediate adhesive layers 2A and 2B has a predetermined moisture permeability.
- the predetermined moisture permeability is the moisture permeability (A) (the moisture permeability is 50 g / m 2 ⁇ day or less at a temperature of 40 ° C. and a humidity of 90% RH measured according to JIS Z0208: 1976).
- Moisture permeability is preferably from breathable (A) 30g / m 2 ⁇ a moisture permeability which is measured in the same manner as day, more preferably at most 15g / m 2 ⁇ day, 10g / m 2 -More preferably, it is not more than day. It is more preferable that the intermediate adhesive layers 2A and 2B have both moisture permeability (A).
- the intermediate adhesive layers 2A and 2B has a predetermined adhesiveness.
- the predetermined adhesiveness is, for example, measured in accordance with adhesiveness (B) (JIS K 6854-2: 1999, with a test piece width of 25 mm, a test speed of 300 mm per minute, and a peeling angle of 180 degrees.
- Adhesive strength to the polyester film is 30 N / 25 mm or more).
- the adhesiveness is more preferably 60 N / 25 mm or more, and further preferably 80 N / 25 mm or more as an adhesive force measured in the same manner as the adhesiveness (B).
- the adhesiveness is preferably 150 N / 25 mm or less as the adhesive force measured in the same manner as the adhesiveness (B).
- the functional film 3 sandwiched between the intermediate adhesive layers 2A and 2B includes, for example, a functional film or functional film formed by applying a functional coating on one main surface of a polyester film, and a pair of polyester films.
- a polyester film may be provided on one or both surface sides.
- the polyester film include polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, polybutylene naphthalate, and the like. Since at least one of the intermediate adhesive layers 2A and 2B in contact with the polyester film of the functional film 3 has the adhesiveness (B), the restoring force of the glass plates 1A and 1B acting on the end portion of the laminated glass is increased. Abstract
