Abstract
The subject of the usable (commercial) pattern is the universal key - shaped fastening system made to connect different items and products. The essence of the usable pattern is the new form of the clip for different usage purposes. It is characterized by the innovative construction giving the chance of fast and comfortable connection of different elements by means of the effective material linking.
Description
UNIVERSAL CLIP / UNIVERSAL LOCK
The subject of the usable (commercial ) pattern is the universal fastening system made to connect different items/products or as to be used as the invention itself in different
constructions.
The essence of the usable pattern is made with the new version of the connector for the multi— commercial usage which is characterized by the innovative construction and shape of the given elements.
The clip resembles the key in its shape. From one side it is ended with T - shaped part with the proper cut/rounded shaped upper angles. The base of the letter T is connected with the second part where there is a suitable cut opening in the U - shape, with the base facing the first lower part ( the upside down T letter ). The clip consists also of the assembly and usable opening.
The shape of the T letter and the U - shape opening are the elements that connecting the clip. The connection of both given elements is made with pressing the first part through the opening on the other side, so as the "fins" could hold the fastening of the whole construction together.
The separation of the construction is made in the analogical way, with the squeezing of the "T letter" through the opening in the opposite direction. The construction enables also the disconnection of the tie by means of pulling the upper part of the " T letter" in the opposite direction ( the opposite of the fastening way ).
The usable ( commercial ) pattern characteristics
The essential characteristics of the given usable pattern are the new and individual role of the invention, which is characterized by the original shape and layout of given elements, as the key - shaped cut with the opening.
The clip has got the small hatch that can be removed depending on the purpose of the product ( the opening changes its shape from the letter U to O ). Additionally in the square part of the construction there is the assembly and usable opening.
The subject of the usable ( commercial ) pattern is presented in the enclosed picture, where the fig.l and fig.2 refers to the clip in the initial position, fig.3 and fig.4 refers to the view after putting two construction parts together, fig.5 stands for the side view of the connected product.
Claims
Claim
The universal fastening for multi-functional purposes taking the functions of e.g. a loop, an assembly clip, a link, symmetrical, made out of flat bar of the rectangle cross - section ended with T - shaped arrow - head on one side, with the cut/rounded upper angles, is connected with the other construction part ( fig.6 and fig.7 ), characterized in that, there is the U - shaped cutting in the middle of it so that the construction arrow - head could go through it and the fastening layout is made with blocking the hexagon in the tetragonal opening so the construction is designed for fast dismantling and putting together.
