Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest zamknięcie uniwersalne do łączenia różnych przedmiotów lub zastosowania samego wytworu, jako takiego w różnych konstrukcjach. Istotę wzoru użytkowego stanowi nowa postać łącznika dla wieloużytkowego zastosowania, charakteryzująca się nowatorską konstrukcją i kształtem poszczególnych elementów. Klips przypomina kształtem klucz. Z jednej strony zakończony jest częścią przypominającą literę T z odpowiednio ściętymi/zaokrąglonymi kątami górnymi. Podstawa litery T łączy się z drugą częścią, w której znajduje się odpowiednio wycięty otwór w kształcie litery U, zwróconej podstawą do dolnej części pierwszej (odwróconej litery T). Klips posiada także otwór montażowo-użytkowy. Elementem łączącym klipsa jest kształt litery T oraz otwór w kształcie litery U. Łączenie dwóch elementów następuje poprzez wciśnięcie części pierwszej przez otwór z drugiej strony, przez co „płetwy” utrzymują wiązanie całej konstrukcji. Rozłączenie konstrukcji odbywa się analogicznie, poprzez przeciśnięcie „litery T” przez otwór w przeciwną stronę. Konstrukcja umożliwia także rozłączenie wiązania poprzez pociągnięcie górnej części „litery T” w przeciwną stronę (odwrotnie do łączenia). Cechy wzoru użytkowego Cechami istotnymi wzoru użytkowego jest nowa i posiadająca indywidualny charakter postać wytworu, charakteryzująca się oryginalnym kształtem i układem poszczególnych elementów, tj. w kształcie klucza z wyciętym otworem. Klips posiada klapkę, która może zostać usunięta w zależności od przeznaczenia wytworu (otwór zmienia swój kształt z litery U na O). Dodatkowo w części kwadratowej konstrukcji znajduje się otwór montażowo-użytkowy. Przedmiot wzoru użytkowego jest przedstawiony na dołączonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 i fig. 4 przedstawiają klips w pozycji wyjściowej, fig. 2 widok po złączeniu dwóch części konstrukcji, fig. 3 widok wytworu złożonego z boku. The essence of the utility model is a new form of a connector for multi-use applications, characterized by an innovative design and shape of individual elements. The clip is shaped like a key. On one side it ends in a T-shaped part with correspondingly cut / rounded upper angles. The base of the T connects to the second part, which has a U-shaped hole cut with the base facing the bottom of the first (inverted T-shape). The clip also has a mounting and utility hole. The connecting element of the clip is a T-shape and a U-shaped opening. The two elements are joined by pressing the first part through the opening on the other side, whereby the "fins" keep the whole structure bonded. The structure is disconnected in the same way, by pressing the "letter T" through the opening in the opposite direction. The design also allows to disengage the bond by pulling the upper part of the "T" in the opposite direction (opposite to the bond). Features of a utility model The essential features of a utility model are a new and individual form of a product, characterized by the original shape and arrangement of individual elements, i.e. in the shape of a key with a cut-out hole. The clip has a flap that can be removed depending on the purpose of the product (the hole changes its shape from the letter U to O). Additionally, in the square part of the structure there is an assembly and service opening. The object of the utility model is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 and fig. 4 show the clip in the starting position, fig. 2 - a view after joining two parts of the structure, fig. 3 - a side view of the product.
