本发明提出的一种在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的方法、显示终端及系统,通过在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,使得扫描端在扫描该显示画面时能获取插入的隐藏信息,并对其进行解析获取所述隐藏信息对应的数字信息,由于在显示画面中插入的是人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,因此,在播放该显示画面时,人眼不会感知到该隐藏信息,即对用户观看该显示画面不会造成任何影响,同时,该隐藏信息能被扫描端扫描到并对其进行识别,进而获取到该隐藏信息对应的数字信息,以使用户通过扫描端获知该数字信息,实现在不影响用户对显示画面观看体验的同时通过该显示画面向用户发布所需的信息。

本发明提供一种在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的方法。
参照图1,图1为本发明在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在第一实施例中,该在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的方法包括:
步骤S10,在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,形成合成后的显示画面;
自然界中的颜色很多,绝大多数的颜色都可以使用RGB三基色来调和获取,目前,人眼能识别的色域为24位色彩大概16M左右的颜色,而用于为人眼呈现显示画面的硬件如显示器、高色域显示器等都可以显示到比人眼能识别的色域更高位的色域,如32位色彩等。本实施例中即利用人眼无法识别但显示器等硬件可以显示的颜色来形成预先设定的隐藏信息,该隐藏信息可以是由单个人眼无法识别的颜色形成,也可以是由多个人眼无法识别的颜色的组合形成。可预先与扫描端设定好不同人眼无法识别的颜色及其组合对应的不同数字信息,这样,当需要通过显示画面向用户使用的扫描端发送数字信息时,可将该数字信息对应的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息插入到显示画面中,形成合成后的显示画面。本实施例中,该显示画面可以是视频节目画面、图片、OSD菜单显示画面等,在此不作限定。
步骤S20,通过扫描端在扫描合成后的显示画面时获取插入的隐藏信息,并解析获取所述隐藏信息对应的数字信息。
将该数字信息对应的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息插入到显示画面中形成合成后的显示画面后,播放合成后的显示画面,扫描端即可扫描获取播放的合成后的显示画面中插入的隐藏信息,并根据该隐藏信息及预先设定好的不同人眼无法识别的颜色及其组合对应的不同数字信息获取该隐藏信息对应的数字信息,从而使得扫描端通过解析获取的数字信息向用户发布所需的信息,如投放的广告信息、优惠信息等。
本实施例通过在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,使得扫描端在扫描该显示画面时能获取插入的隐藏信息,并对其进行解析获取所述隐藏信息对应的数字信息,由于在显示画面中插入的是人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,因此,在播放该显示画面时,人眼不会感知到该隐藏信息,即对用户观看该显示画面不会造成任何影响,同时,该隐藏信息能被扫描端扫描到并对其进行识别,进而获取到该隐藏信息对应的数字信息,以使用户通过扫描端获知该数字信息,实现在不影响用户对显示画面观看体验的同时通过该显示画面向用户发布所需的信息。
如图2所示,本发明第二实施例提出一种在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的方法,在上述第一实施例的基础上,在上述步骤S10之前还包括:
步骤S30,将需要发送至扫描端的数字信息中的颜色用预先设定的人眼无法识别的颜色进行替换,形成预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息。
本实施例与上述第一实施例的区别在于,本实施例还包括将需要发送至扫描端的数字信息中的颜色用预先设定的人眼无法识别的颜色进行替换,形成预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息的操作。
本实施例中,在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息之前,先将需要发送至扫描端的数字信息中的颜色用预先设定的人眼无法识别的颜色进行替换。本实施例中需要发送至扫描端的数字信息可以是图片信息、二维码信息等,在此仅以该数字信息为二维码信息,显示画面为视频节目画面为例进行说明,当然,也不限定该数字信息及显示画面为其他类型。
当需要发送二维码信息至扫描端时,先将需要发送至扫描端的二维码中的黑色、白色分别用预先设定的人眼无法识别的第一颜色、第二颜色对应进行替换形成隐藏信息,该隐藏信息中只包含第一颜色、第二颜色,且第一颜色、第二颜色的分布位置与原始二维码中黑色、白色的分布位置完全相同。在视频节目源中选定一视频帧,在该选定的视频帧播放前插入该隐藏信息,以形成插入后的视频帧,在插入后的视频帧中加入预设的头码标志信息,形成合成后的视频节目源,这样,在播放该合成后的视频节目源时,扫描端即可对所述显示终端当前播放的视频帧画面进行扫描,当扫描端捕捉到所述显示终端当前播放的视频帧画面中包含有所述头码标志信息时,即可获知当前播放的视频帧画面为插入了该隐藏信息后的视频帧,则扫描端对扫描到的当前播放的视频帧画面进行过滤处理,删除所述视频帧画面中除所述第一颜色、第二颜色以外的所有其他颜色,形成的过滤后的视频帧画面即为预先在选定的视频帧中插入的隐藏信息,进一步地,将过滤后的视频帧画面中的第一颜色、第二颜色对应替换回黑色、白色,则可获取需要发送至扫描端的原始二维码。所述扫描端调用标准的二维码解码软件对所述原始二维码进行解码,即可获取二维码信息,进而获取到需要向用户发布的信息如投放的广告信息、优惠信息等。
进一步地,本实施例中所述头码标志信息中还可包含所述第一颜色、第二颜色的值,这样,扫描端在根据所述头码标志信息获知当前播放的视频帧画面为插入了该隐藏信息后的视频帧时,还可进一步地根据所述头码标志信息中所述第一颜色、第二颜色的值获知插入的隐藏信息中颜色的相关参数如位数等。
二维码已经成为目前普遍使用的一种互联网技术,通过二维码可以获得快速便捷的信息链接,本实施例通过上述方案,实现了在播放的视频节目画面中携带用预先设定的人眼无法识别的第一颜色、第二颜色对应进行替换后形成的隐藏二维码信息,对用户收看播放的视频节目画面不会造成任何影响,同时,该隐藏二维码信息能被扫描端扫描到并对其进行识别,获取需要发送至扫描端的原始二维码,进而跳转到原始二维码对应的链接,以使用户通过扫描端获知该隐藏二维码指向的广告信息、优惠信息等,实现在不影响用户对显示画面观看体验的同时通过该显示画面向用户发布所需的信息。
本发明进一步提供一种在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的显示终端。
参照图3,图3为本发明在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的显示终端第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在第一实施例中,该在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的显示终端包括:插入模块01及获取模块02,其中,
插入模块01,用于在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,形成合成后的显示画面;
获取模块02,用于通过扫描端在扫描合成后的显示画面时获取插入的隐藏信息,并解析获取所述隐藏信息对应的数字信息。
自然界中的颜色很多,绝大多数的颜色都可以使用RGB三基色来调和获取,目前,人眼能识别的色域为24位色彩大概16M左右的颜色,而用于为人眼呈现显示画面的硬件如显示器、高色域显示器等都可以显示到比人眼能识别的色域更高位的色域,如32位色彩等。本实施例中即利用人眼无法识别但显示器等硬件可以显示的颜色来形成预先设定的隐藏信息,该隐藏信息可以是由单个人眼无法识别的颜色形成,也可以是由多个人眼无法识别的颜色的组合形成。可预先与扫描端设定好不同人眼无法识别的颜色及其组合对应的不同数字信息,这样,当需要通过显示画面向用户使用的扫描端发送数字信息时,可将该数字信息对应的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息插入到显示画面中,形成合成后的显示画面。本实施例中,该显示画面可以是视频节目画面、图片、OSD菜单显示画面等,在此不作限定。
将该数字信息对应的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息插入到显示画面中形成合成后的显示画面后,播放合成后的显示画面,扫描端即可扫描获取播放的合成后的显示画面中插入的隐藏信息,并根据该隐藏信息及预先设定好的不同人眼无法识别的颜色及其组合对应的不同数字信息获取该隐藏信息对应的数字信息,从而使得扫描端通过解析获取的数字信息向用户发布所需的信息,如投放的广告信息、优惠信息等。
本实施例通过在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,使得扫描端在扫描该显示画面时能获取插入的隐藏信息,并对其进行解析获取所述隐藏信息对应的数字信息,由于在显示画面中插入的是人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,因此,在播放该显示画面时,人眼不会感知到该隐藏信息,即对用户观看该显示画面不会造成任何影响,同时,该隐藏信息能被扫描端扫描到并对其进行识别,进而获取到该隐藏信息对应的数字信息,以使用户通过扫描端获知该数字信息,实现在不影响用户对显示画面观看体验的同时通过该显示画面向用户发布所需的信息。
如图4所示,本发明第二实施例提出一种在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的显示终端,在上述第一实施例的基础上,在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的显示终端还包括:
替换模块03,用于将需要发送至扫描端的数字信息中的颜色用预先设定的人眼无法识别的颜色进行替换,形成预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息。
本实施例中,在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息之前,先将需要发送至扫描端的数字信息中的颜色用预先设定的人眼无法识别的颜色进行替换。本实施例中需要发送至扫描端的数字信息可以是图片信息、二维码信息等,在此仅以该数字信息为二维码信息,显示画面为视频节目画面为例进行说明,当然,也不限定该数字信息及显示画面为其他类型。
当需要发送二维码信息至扫描端时,先将需要发送至扫描端的二维码中的黑色、白色分别用预先设定的人眼无法识别的第一颜色、第二颜色对应进行替换形成隐藏信息,该隐藏信息中只包含第一颜色、第二颜色,且第一颜色、第二颜色的分布位置与原始二维码中黑色、白色的分布位置完全相同。在视频节目源中选定一视频帧,在该选定的视频帧播放前插入该隐藏信息,以形成插入后的视频帧,在插入后的视频帧中加入预设的头码标志信息,形成合成后的视频节目源,这样,在播放该合成后的视频节目源时,扫描端即可对所述显示终端当前播放的视频帧画面进行扫描,当扫描端捕捉到所述显示终端当前播放的视频帧画面中包含有所述头码标志信息时,即可获知当前播放的视频帧画面为插入了该隐藏信息后的视频帧,则扫描端对扫描到的当前播放的视频帧画面进行过滤处理,删除所述视频帧画面中除所述第一颜色、第二颜色以外的所有其他颜色,形成的过滤后的视频帧画面即为预先在选定的视频帧中插入的隐藏信息,进一步地,将过滤后的视频帧画面中的第一颜色、第二颜色对应替换回黑色、白色,则可获取需要发送至扫描端的原始二维码。所述扫描端调用标准的二维码解码软件对所述原始二维码进行解码,即可获取二维码信息,进而获取到需要向用户发布的信息如投放的广告信息、优惠信息等。

所述显示终端1,用于在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,形成合成后的显示画面;播放合成后的显示画面;
所述扫描端2,用于在扫描合成后的显示画面时获取插入的隐藏信息,并解析获取所述隐藏信息对应的数字信息。

  1. 一种在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,形成合成后的显示画面;
    通过扫描端在扫描合成后的显示画面时获取插入的隐藏信息,并解析获取所述隐藏信息对应的数字信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的方法,其特征在于,所述在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,形成合成后的显示画面的步骤之前还包括:
    将需要发送至扫描端的数字信息中的颜色用预先设定的人眼无法识别的颜色进行替换,形成预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的方法,其特征在于,所述显示画面为视频节目画面;所述数字信息为二维码信息。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的方法,其特征在于,所述显示画面为视频节目画面;所述数字信息为二维码信息。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的方法,其特征在于,所述在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,形成合成后的显示画面的步骤包括:
    在视频节目源中的视频帧播放前插入预先设定的隐藏信息,以形成插入后的视频帧,所述隐藏信息是通过将需要发送至扫描端的二维码中的黑色、白色分别用预先设定的人眼无法识别的第一颜色、第二颜色对应替换后形成的;在插入后的视频帧中加入预设的头码标志信息,形成合成后的视频节目源。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的方法,其特征在于,所述在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,形成合成后的显示画面的步骤包括:
    在视频节目源中的视频帧播放前插入预先设定的隐藏信息,以形成插入后的视频帧,所述隐藏信息是通过将需要发送至扫描端的二维码中的黑色、白色分别用预先设定的人眼无法识别的第一颜色、第二颜色对应替换后形成的;在插入后的视频帧中加入预设的头码标志信息,形成合成后的视频节目源。
  7. 一种在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的显示终端,其特征在于,所述显示终端包括:
    插入模块,用于在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,形成合成后的显示画面;
    获取模块,用于通过扫描端在扫描合成后的显示画面时获取插入的隐藏信息,并解析获取所述隐藏信息对应的数字信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的显示终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    替换模块,用于将需要发送至扫描端的数字信息中的颜色用预先设定的人眼无法识别的颜色进行替换,形成预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的显示终端,其特征在于,所述显示画面为视频节目画面;所述数字信息为二维码信息。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的显示终端,其特征在于,所述显示画面为视频节目画面;所述数字信息为二维码信息。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的显示终端,其特征在于,所述插入模块具体用于:
    在视频节目源中的视频帧播放前插入预先设定的隐藏信息,以形成插入后的视频帧,所述隐藏信息是通过将需要发送至扫描端的二维码中的黑色、白色分别用预先设定的人眼无法识别的第一颜色、第二颜色对应替换后形成的;在插入后的视频帧中加入预设的头码标志信息,形成合成后的视频节目源。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的显示终端,其特征在于,所述插入模块具体用于:
    在视频节目源中的视频帧播放前插入预先设定的隐藏信息,以形成插入后的视频帧,所述隐藏信息是通过将需要发送至扫描端的二维码中的黑色、白色分别用预先设定的人眼无法识别的第一颜色、第二颜色对应替换后形成的;在插入后的视频帧中加入预设的头码标志信息,形成合成后的视频节目源。
  13. 一种在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:显示终端及扫描端,其中,
    所述显示终端,用于在显示画面中插入预先设定的人眼无法识别的隐藏信息,形成合成后的显示画面;
    所述扫描端,用于在扫描合成后的显示画面时获取插入的隐藏信息,并解析获取所述隐藏信息对应的数字信息。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的在显示画面中携带隐藏信息的系统,其特征在于,所述显示画面为视频节目画面;所述数字信息为二维码信息。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,所述显示终端还用于:

  17. 如权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,所述扫描端还用于:
    扫描到所述显示终端当前播放的视频帧画面中包含有所述头码标志信息时,将扫描到的视频帧画面进行过滤,删除所述视频帧画面中除所述第一颜色、第二颜色以外的所有其他颜色,将过滤后的视频帧画面中的第一颜色、第二颜色对应替换回黑色、白色,获取原始二维码。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的系统,其特征在于,所述扫描端还用于:
    扫描到所述显示终端当前播放的视频帧画面中包含有所述头码标志信息时,将扫描到的视频帧画面进行过滤,删除所述视频帧画面中除所述第一颜色、第二颜色以外的所有其他颜色,将过滤后的视频帧画面中的第一颜色、第二颜色对应替换回黑色、白色,获取原始二维码。
