  • the present invention generally relates to a setting for jewelry, and more particularly it relates to a setting for multiple gemstones.
  • Jewelry includes precious and semi-precious gemstones which may be expensive. Generally the size of the gemstone is one of the important cost determining factors. Considering this, to give value for money so many inventors fashioned various ways. One of the ways is to develop a gemstone setting system and method through which particular gemstone assembly will give the impression of being as a single large gemstone, a solitaire. This final appearance of the gemstone is actually an illusion.

As it is illusion diamonds are real diamonds these illusion diamonds have resale value. Illusion diamond is thus real value for money as it has real diamonds looking as if solitaire and is available in more shapes almost 10 shapes.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne d'une manière générale un sertissage pour la bijouterie, et plus particulièrement un système et un procédé de fabrication d'un assemblage de pierres précieuses d'imitation de solitaire de diverses formes. La présente invention concerne donc plus particulièrement la fabrication d'un bijou où l'apparence d'imitation est créée en utilisant un sertissage invisible pour adapter les petites pièces de la pierre précieuse. L'imitation de bijou est généralement près de 80 % moins chère qu'un bijou solitaire unique, notamment dans le cas des pierres précieuses. De même, des diamants artificiels ou des diamants synthétiques sont près de 25 % plus économiques que le diamant réel.
