Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil de test de résistance d'atomiseur. L'appareil de test de résistance d'atomiseur comprend : un composant de positionnement (11) pourvu d'au moins un alésage (111), chaque alésage (111) étant utilisé pour le positionnement d'un atomiseur à l'endroit où se trouve l'alésage (111), et la profondeur de l'alésage (111) est inférieure à la longueur de l'atomiseur, ce qui permet à une extrémité de l'atomiseur pourvu d'une électrode de s'étendre à l'extérieur de l'alésage (111) lorsque l'atomiseur est inséré dans l'alésage (111); un manipulateur (12) est utilisé pour bloquer au moins un atomiseur; et un composant mobile (13) comprenant un premier cylindre (131) et un second cylindre (132) respectivement raccordés de manière fixe au manipulateur (12). Le premier cylindre (131) est utilisé pour commander le manipulateur (12) à se déplacer horizontalement, ce qui permet au manipulateur (12) de bloquer des atomiseurs sur le composant de positionnement (11). Le second cylindre (132) est utilisé pour commander le manipulateur (12) à se déplacer verticalement, cette commande du manipulateur (12) permettant l'extraction des atomiseurs disposés sur le composant de positionnement (11). L'appareil de test de résistance d'atomiseur permet l'automatisation du déplacement des atomiseurs, ce qui augmente les coûts de période des tests de résistance des atomiseurs.
