Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte aux domaines de l'environnement et de l'énergie et conduit finalement à la production de combustible liquide provenant du recyclage thermochimique de matières plastiques, en se basant sur un nouveau procédé de pyrolyse rapide. L'invention est constituée d'un réacteur externe (1), d'un réacteur interne (12), de deux brûleurs à gaz (9) situés dans les parois de réacteur externe (1), d'un four externe (2) qui est localisé à l'endroit où se trouve le brûleur principal (7), d'une boîte de distribution circulaire (5), d'un échangeur de chaleur (13), d'un compresseur de gaz et d'un système de refroidissement par l'eau. La nouveauté réside dans l'utilisation de deux réacteurs concentriques et circulaires, le réacteur externe (1) fournissant la chaleur au procédé de pyrolyse. Outre le mécanisme, l'invention concerne également son procédé de fonctionnement.
