Abstract
La invención se refiere a un complejo de plantas para la producción de acero que comprende un alto horno (1) para la producción de arrabio, una acerería de convertidor (2) para la producción de acero bruto y un sistema de conducción de gas para los gases que se producen cuando se produce arrabio y/o se produce acero bruto. De acuerdo con la invención, el complejo de plantas, además, tiene una planta química (12) o planta biotecnológica, conectada al sistema de conducción de gas, y también un almacenamiento de energía (25) para cubrir al menos parte de la demanda de electricidad del complejo de plantas. También el objeto de la invención es un procedimiento de operación del complejo de plantas.
