Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'enroulement de fil chauffant électrique et un procédé de fabrication d'un élément de fil chauffant électrique comprenant: un élément de connexion (3) et un élément d'enroulement (4). L'élément de connexion (3) est utilisé pour connecter un fil électronique d'une première longueur prédéterminée respectivement à chacune des extrémités d'un fil chauffant électrique d'une seconde longueur prédéfinie. L'élément d'enroulement (4) comprend : une première partie de serrage (41), une deuxième partie de serrage (42), une partie rotative (43), un premier appareil d'alimentation (44), un second appareil d'alimentation (45), une troisième partie de serrage (46) et une quatrième partie de serrage (47). Le second appareil d'alimentation (45) est utilisé pour amener la deuxième partie de serrage (42) à se déplacer dans une direction s'éloignant de la première partie de serrage (41), permettant ainsi à une mèche et au fil électronique de la première longueur prédéterminée connecté au fil chauffant électrique de la seconde longueur prédéterminée au niveau de chacune des extrémités de se déplacer dans la direction s'éloignant de la première partie de serrage (41). Le premier appareil d'alimentation (44) est utilisé pour amener la partie rotative (43) et la quatrième partie de serrage (47) à tourner autour de la mèche, permettant ainsi au fil chauffant électrique de la seconde longueur prédéterminée d'être enroulé sur la mèche. Avec le fil chauffant électrique enroulé sur la mèche, le rendement du travail est augmenté.
