Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de poinçonnage de tube de polyéthylène (PE), utilisé pour automatiser le poinçonnage à l'emporte-pièce et la coupe d'un tube (201) de PE, et comprenant : un appareil de poinçonnage utilisé pour perforer le tube (201) de PE, et un appareil de transport de tube, l'appareil de transport de tube comprenant un premier composant de serrage (202) et une composante de mouvement (203), l'appareil de poinçonnage comprenant une lame (204) de poinçonnage à l'emporte-pièce, une lame d'éboutage (205) et un premier appareil d'alimentation (206), le dispositif de poinçonnage de tube (201) de PE comprenant également un second composant de serrage (207). Lorsque la composante de mouvement (203) se coordonne avec le premier composant de serrage (202) pour serrer le tube (201) de PE, et transporte le tube (201) de PE dans l'appareil de poinçonnage, le premier composant de serrage (202) libère le tube (201) de PE et se remet à zéro avec la composante de mouvement (203), le second composant de serrage (207) serre le tube (201) de PE, et le premier appareil d'alimentation (206) entraîne la lame (204) de poinçonnage à l'apporte-pièce ainsi que la lame d'éboutage (205) à se déplacer vers le tube (201) de PE, de sorte que la lame (204) de poinçonnage à l'apporte-pièce effectue sur le tube (201) de PE le poinçonnage à l'emporte-pièce, et la lame d'éboutage (205) coupe le tube (201) de PE. Ainsi, la présente invention met facilement en œuvre le poinçonnage à l'emporte-pièce et la coupe automatisés de tube (201) de PE, permettant ainsi d'augmenter le rendement de production, et étant donné que le poinçonnage à l'emporte-pièce et la coupe sont réalisés simultanément sur le tube (201) de PE , les erreurs de fabrication sont également réduites, et la qualité du produit est améliorée.
