Abstract

Изобретение относится к области цветной металлургии, а именно к созданию титановых сплавов, которые в силу их свойств выгодно использовать не только в традиционных областях, в частности оборонных, но и в гражданских областях промышленности. Сплав содержит 0,1-3,0 Al, 0,3-3,0 Fe, 0,1-1,0 Cr, 0,05-1,0 Ni, 0,02-0,3 Si, 0,02-0,2 N, 0,05-0,5 О, 0,02-0,1 C, Ti-остальное. Техническим результатом является получение конкурентоспособного титанового сплава, который гарантировано обладает стабильными прогнозируемыми свойствами и изготовляется на основе низкосортного губчатого титана. Результат достигается тем, что в качестве легирующих элементов, используют как примесные элементы, входящие в состав низкосортной губки, так и отдельно вводимые в шихту легирующие добавки. Сплав на основе титана, имеет более низкую цену по сравнению с существующими товарными сплавами, при этом выбор композиции сплава проводится в соответствии с заданным уровнем физико-механических и технологических свойств.
