Abstract
La invención de interés se refiere a una aleación de cobre colado de alta resistencia que contiene estaño, con excelentes propiedades de formabilidad en caliente y formabilidad en frío, alta resistencia al desgaste abrasivo, desgaste adhesivo y desgaste por fricción, y resistencia a la corrosión y relajación mejorada, que consiste en % en peso) de: 4.0 a 23.0% Sn, 0.05 a 2.0% Si, 0.01 a 1.0% Al, 0.005 a 0.6% B, 0.001 a 0.08% P, opcionalmente hasta un máximo de 2.0% Zn, opcionalmente hasta un máximo de 0,6% de Fe, opcionalmente hasta un máximo de 0,5% de Mg, opcionalmente hasta un máximo de 0,25% de Pb, siendo el resto cobre e impurezas inevitables, caracterizado porque la relación Si / B del contenido del elemento de los elementos silicio y boro se encuentran entre 0.3 y 10. La invención también se refiere a una variante de colada y una variante procesada adicionalmente de la aleación de cobre que contiene estaño, un método de producción y el uso de la aleación.
