Description
[第1の実施形態]
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る内視鏡装置の挿入部の湾曲管における連結する2つの湾曲駒の外観構成を示す図である。図2は、2つの湾曲駒の連結機構を拡大して示す図である。図3は、図2に示す湾曲駒におけるA-A断面の構成を示す図である。図4は、回動状態にある湾曲駒の連結機構を拡大して示す図である。図5は、連結された複数の湾曲駒からなる湾曲管が上下(UD)方向に湾曲された状態を示す図である。図6は、連結された複数の湾曲駒からなる湾曲管が右左(RL)方向に湾曲された状態を示す図である。
図1に示すように、リンク部3aは、円形状の突起(端部)からなり、円筒形状の湾曲駒の中心軸Qを挟んで、先端側の対向する位置に一対で形成される。さらに反対の基端側で、リンク部3aとは90度ずれた位置に、対向するように一対の凸形状の係合部2b(第2凸部)が形成されている。この形状で複数の湾曲駒が連結することにより、湾曲管1は、図示しないワイヤーの牽引弛緩により、図5に示す上下方向の湾曲と図6に示す右左方向の湾曲を行うことができ、勿論、実際には、上下及び右左を組み合わせた屈曲となる。
図7は、第2の実施形態に係る内視鏡装置の挿入部の湾曲管における連結する2つの湾曲駒の連結機構を拡大して示す図である。本実施形態に構成部位において、前述した第1の実施形態に示した構成部位と同等の部位には同じ参照符号を付して、その詳細な説明は省略する。
Claims (5)
- 湾曲可能な湾曲管を構成するための第1の湾曲駒と、
前記第1の湾曲駒に対して回動するための第2の湾曲駒と、
前記第1の湾曲駒に形成され、前記第2の湾曲駒を回動させる回動軸を有するリンク部と、
前記第2の湾曲駒に形成され、前記回動軸と略平行であって前記リンク部に対して摺動する摺動面を有し、前記リンク部に対して回転可能に係合される係合部と、
前記第1の湾曲駒において前記リンク部の近傍に形成され、前記リンク部に係合された前記係合部が回動時に当接可能であって、前記回動軸に対して略垂直方向に形成された垂直面を有する受け部と、
を具備することを特徴とする湾曲管。 - 湾曲可能な湾曲管を構成するための第1の湾曲駒と、
前記第1の湾曲駒に対して回動するための第2の湾曲駒と、
前記第1の湾曲駒に形成され、前記第2の湾曲駒を回動させる回動軸を有するリンク部と、
前記第2の湾曲駒に形成され、前記回動軸に対して傾斜して前記リンク部に対して摺動する摺動面を有し、前記リンク部に対して回転可能に係合される係合部と、
前記第1の湾曲駒において前記リンク部の近傍に形成され、前記リンク部に係合された前記係合部が回動時に当接可能であって、前記回動軸に対して略垂直方向に形成された垂直面を有する受け部と、
を具備することを特徴とする湾曲管。 - 前記受け部は、前記第1の湾曲駒の中心軸に対して略平行に配置され前記垂直面を形成する端部を具備することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の湾曲管。
- 前記湾曲管は、複数の湾曲駒が連なった状態でレーザー加工により描画されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の湾曲管。
- 内視鏡装置の挿入部に配置され、複数の湾曲駒が連結機構により連結して構成される湾曲可能な湾曲管であって、
前記請求項1又は前記請求項2に記載の前記湾曲管を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡装置。
