在本发明提供的电子烟充电装置中,所述第二充电电极为呈柱状的第二电极柱,所述第一顶壁上设置有供所述第二电极柱穿过的第二通孔,所述第二电极柱的侧壁面上环绕设置有第一台阶,所述第一台阶抵持在所述第一顶壁的内侧使得所述第二电极柱部分地卡持在所述容纳腔内。
在本发明提供的电子烟充电装置中,所述控制板上设置有第一穿孔,并且沿着所述第一穿孔的孔沿在所述控制板上设置有圆环状的第一导电部;所述第二电极柱的侧壁面上设置有第二台阶,所述第二电极柱的远离所述第一顶壁的端部穿插在所述第一穿孔中,所述第二台阶弹性抵压并电连接在所述第一导电部上。
在本发明提供的电子烟充电装置中,所述控制板上沿着所述第一导电部的周沿间隔地设置有圆环状的第二导电部,所述弹簧一端弹性抵压并电连接在所述第二导电部上。
在本发明提供的电子烟充电装置中,所述安装座包括一容置部,所述容置部的底壁上设置有用于与所述控制板弹性电连接的第一弹性片,与所述容置部的底壁相正对的顶壁上设置有第三穿孔;所述第二充电电极的一端弹性抵接在所述第一弹性片上,所述第二充电电极的另一端伸出于所述第三穿孔。
在本发明提供的电子烟充电装置中,所述第二充电电极的侧壁面上周向设置有第三台阶,所述第三台阶用于与所述容置部的顶壁的内侧相抵持以使得所述第二充电电极部分地卡持在所述容置部内。
在本发明提供的电子烟充电装置中,所述控制板沿着所述容置部的一侧面设置,所述控制板垂直于所述容置部的底壁以及顶壁。
在本发明提供的电子烟充电装置中,所述触发件为弹性金属片弯折而成并包括第二基板和第二弯折部,所述第二基板贴合在所述容置部的顶壁的外侧,所述第二弯折部弹性抵压在所述控制板上并与所述控制板电连接。
在本发明提供的电子烟充电装置中,所述第一充电电极为弹性金属片弯折而成并且包括第一基板和第一弯折部,所述第一弯折部固定安装在所述安装座的侧壁面且与所述控制板弹性电连接,所述第一基板相对于所述容置部的顶壁朝向远离所述安装座的方向倾斜;
在自由状态下,所述第一基板与所述第二基板电气隔离;充电时,所述电子烟给所述第一基板施加压力使所述第一基板朝向所述第二基板运动,所述第一基板与所述第二基板电连接以产生所述触发信号给所述控制板。
在本发明提供的电子烟充电装置中,所述电子烟充电装置为电子烟烟盒。
实施本发明的电子烟充电装置,具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的电子烟充电装置的第一充电电极和第二充电电极中至少一个充电电极为弹性导电材料制成,具有防止被氧化腐蚀以及导电通路稳定的有益效果。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,第一实施例中的电子烟充电装置的充电座,包括安装座10、第二充电电极20、第一充电电极30、控制板40以及触发件50。其中,第二充电电极20、第一充电电极30、控制板40以及触发件50均安装在安装座10上。第一充电电极30和第二充电电极20分别用于与电子烟电池的电极连接件弹性抵接以实现弹性电连接。在未充电时,触发件50与第一充电电极30是电气隔离的。当触发件50在与第一充电电极30接触后产生一个触发信号给控制板40,控制板40控制电源为电子烟的电池充电。
在该实施例中,安装座10为呈一面开口的长方体盒状结构,其包括一个容纳腔10a。以该长方体的开口的一面为底部,控制板40设置在该容纳腔10a的底部。与该控制板40相正对的一面为第一顶壁10b。该第一顶壁10b的外侧面为靠近电子烟的一端面。第一充电电极30和第二充电电极20的一端分别弹性电连接在控制板40上,第一充电电极30和第二充电电极20的另一端分别伸出于该第一顶壁10b。第一充电电极30和第二充电电极20伸出于该第一顶壁10b的部分分别用于与电子烟的电极连接件形成弹性抵持以实现弹性电连接。
第一顶壁10b上设置有第一通孔11和第二通孔12。第一通孔11呈圆形。第二通孔12有的数量为2个,且该两个第二通孔12均呈圆弧形。该两个第二通孔12对称地分布在第一通孔11周围。
同时参照图3,控制板40上设置有充电控制电路,用于控制电源对电子烟的电池进行充电。该控制板40上设置有第一穿孔41,沿着该第一穿孔41的孔沿设置有圆环状的第一导电部42。沿着该第一导电部42的周沿间隔地设置有圆环状的第二导电部43。该第一导电部42和第二导电部43分别与控制板40上的充电控制电路连接。
第一充电电极30包括相互弹性抵持的第一电极柱31和弹簧32。第一电极柱31呈圆柱筒状结构,该第一电极柱31的侧壁上对称地开设有两条缝隙312。该两条缝隙312均与第一电极柱31的中轴线平行,并且贯穿该第一电极柱31的远离弹簧32的一端,
以 形成第一抵接臂 30a 和第二抵接臂 30b 。第一抵接臂 30a 和第二抵接臂 30b 分别穿过第一顶壁 10b 上的两个第二通孔 12
。该两个第二通孔 12 的形状分别与第一抵接臂 30a 和第二抵接臂 30b 适配。该第一抵接臂 30a 和第二抵接臂 30b
的端面均呈圆弧形,并且二者组成一个间断的圆弧形端面。可以理解地,也可以不设置这两条缝隙 312 ,该第一电极柱 31
的端面为连续的圆环形。对应地,两个第二通孔 12 连通,组成一个与该圆环形的端面相适配的圆环形的通孔。在本实施例中,通过设置所述第一抵接臂 30a
和第二抵接臂 30b 的端面均呈圆弧形的结构,亦即所述第一抵接臂 30a 和第二抵接臂 30b 的横截面均呈圆弧形的结构,因而增加了其与
电子烟的电极连接件的接触面积 ,进而可提高其与 电子烟的电极连接件连接的可靠性。
该第一电极柱31部分地卡持在该容纳腔10a内。弹簧32弹性抵持在第二导电部43上以实现与控制板40的弹性电连接。第一电极柱31的远离该两条缝隙312的侧壁上还设置有平行于第一电极柱31中轴线的凸肋311。第一电极柱31通过所述凸肋311与所述
第一顶壁 10b 卡接实现
部分地卡持在该容纳腔10a内。在其它实施方式中,该容纳腔10a对应的侧壁上还设置有卡槽(未示出),该凸肋311嵌置于该卡槽中以防止第一电极柱31在容纳腔10a内沿周向转动。
第二充电电极20采用弹性导电材料制成,如导电橡胶、导电硅胶。在本发明中的弹性导电材料不包括金属导电材料。采用这种弹性导电材料具有防止第二充电电极20被腐蚀或氧化。由于金属弹片电极在弹性形变的过程中金属会疲劳从而弹性越来越差,进而影响导电通路的稳定性,而采用弹性导电材料可以避免这一点,可使得导电通路更加稳定。第二充电电极20为呈柱状的第二电极柱。且该第二充电电极20沿其自身轴线设置有贯穿孔(未标号),使其呈空心柱状结构,采用这种空心柱状结构可以增强其轴向的弹性。在该第二电极柱的侧壁面上沿周向设置有第一台阶21和第二台阶22。第二充电电极20的远离第一顶壁10b的一端插设在第一穿孔41中,第二台阶22弹性抵持在第一导电部42上并与第一导电部42弹性电连接。第二充电电极20的靠近第一顶壁10b的一端伸出于第一通孔11,第一台阶21弹性
抵持在第一顶壁 10b 的内侧使得第二充电电极 20 部分地卡持在容纳腔 10a 内。第二充电电极 20 穿插设置在第一充电电极 30 中并相互绝缘。
触发件50包括第二基板51和第二弯折片52,第二基板51贴合在第一顶壁10b的外侧,第二弯折片52设置在与该第一顶壁10b相邻的侧壁面上并与控制板40电连接。在未充电时,触发件50与第一充电电极30是电气隔离的,充电时,电子烟因重力的作用而使第一充电电极30和第二充电电极20分别与电子烟的电极连接件弹性抵压接触,并使得第一充电电极30的弹簧32收缩以及第二充电电极20本身收缩。由于电子烟的电池杆的端面与电池杆的一个电极连接件是一体的,当电池杆的端面碰触到触发件50的第二基板51时,触发件50通过与该电池杆的端面为一体结构的电极连接件电连接至第一充电电极30,使得触发件50产生一个触发信号给控制板40,控制板40控制电源给电子烟的电池充电。其中,所述控制板40上的所述充电控制电路为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
如图4、图5以及图6所示,第二实施例中的电子烟充电装置,包括安装座10、第二充电电极20、第一充电电极30、控制板40以及触发件50。其中,第二充电电极20、第一充电电极30、控制板40以及触发件50均安装在安装座10上。第一充电电极30和第二充电电极20分别用于与电子烟电池的电极连接件弹性抵接以实现弹性电连接。在未充电时,触发件50与第一充电电极30是电气隔离的。当触发件50在与第一充电电极30接触后产生一个触发信号给控制板40,控制板40控制电源为电子烟的电池充电。
同时参照图 7 ,在该第二实施例中,安装座 10 包括主体 11c 。主体 11c
大致为内部中空的长方体结构。主体 11 中部设置有一隔板 12c ,隔板 12c 与主体 11 的内壁共同围成一个用于收容 第二充电电极 20 的容置部
10c 。该容置部 10c 的底壁也即是隔板 12c 上设置有 用于与控制板 40 弹性电连接的第一弹性片 60 ,与容置部 10c 的底部相正对的顶壁
100 上设置有第三穿孔 11c 。主体 11c 还包括与该顶壁 100 垂直且相邻的第一侧面 101 、与第一侧面 101 相对的第二侧面 102 。顶壁
100 为电子烟充电时靠近该电子烟的一端。第一侧面 101 上设置有用于将触发件 50 固定安装的第一限位柱 1011 。第二侧壁面 102
上设置有用于将第一充电电极 30 固定安装的第二限位柱 1021 。
控制板 40 沿着该安装座10的主体11 的一侧固定安装在该主体11 上。控制板 40 分别与该容置部
10c 的底壁、顶壁 100 、第一侧面 101 以及第二侧面 102 垂直。
第一弹性片 60 为弹性金属片弯折而成。其包括卡接在容置部 10c
底部的基板(未标注)以及弹性抵压在控制板 40 上的弯折部(未标注)。
第二充电电极 20 采用弹性导电材料制成,如导电橡胶、导电硅胶等。第二充电电极 20
为柱状的第二电极柱。该第二充电电极 20 的一端弹性抵接并电连接在第一弹性片 60 的基板上,第二充电电极 20 的另一端伸出于第三穿孔 11c
。该第二充电电极 20 的伸出于第三穿孔 11c 的部分用于与电子烟的电极连接件弹性抵持并电连接。第二充电电极 20 的侧壁面上沿周向环绕设置有第三台阶
21c 。第三台阶 21c 用于与顶壁 100 的内侧弹性抵持以将该第二充电电极 20 部分地卡持在该容置部 10c 内。
第一充电电极 30 采用弹性金属片弯折而成,包括第一基板 31c 和第一弯折部 32c 。第一弯折部
32c 上设置有与第一限位柱 1011 配合的第一限位孔 311c ,第一限位柱 1011 穿置在第一限位孔 311c 中。第一弯折部 32c
通过该第一限位柱 1011 与第一限位孔 311c 的配合固定安装在第一侧面 101 上,第一弯折部 32c 还与控制板 40 弹性抵接并电连接。第一基板
31c 位于顶壁 100 上,并朝向远离该顶壁 100 的方向倾斜,以实现在自由状态下与触发件 50 电气隔离。
触发件 50 也是采用弹性金属片弯折而成,包括第二基板 51 和第二弯折部 52 。第二弯折部 52
上设置有与第二限位柱 1021 配合的第二限位孔,第二限位柱 1021 穿置在第二限位孔中。第二弯折部 52 通过该第二限位柱 1021
与第二限位孔的配合固定安装在第二侧面 102 上。第二弯折部 52 还与控制板 40 弹性抵接并电连接。
充电时, 当有电子烟(图上未示出)连接至电子烟充电装置上时,在电子烟的重力作用下, 第一充电电极 30
的第一基板 31c 朝向顶壁 100 做圆弧运动,使得第一基板 31c 与触发件 50 的第二基板 51 贴合形成导电连接。由于 自然状态下, 第一基板
31c 朝向远离顶壁 100 的方向倾斜 ,与第二基板 51 电气隔离,因此,第一基板 31c 与第二基板 51
组合形成一弹片开关。当有电子烟连接至电子烟充电装置上时,第一充电电极 30 与触发件 50
接触形成弹片开关的闭合状态,实现对电子烟的充电;当没有电子烟连接至所述电子烟充电装置时,第一充电电极 30 与触发件 50
之间电气隔离形成弹片开关的断开状态。
如图 8
所示,在本发明中,该电子烟充电装置还包括电源、微处理器和电子开关(图上均未标号),微处理器设置在控制板 40
上。当电子烟充电装置中的弹片开关闭合时,其向微处理器发出充电触发信号,微处理器收到充电触发信号后控制电子开关使电源向电池杆充电。为了能快速对电池杆充电,电子开关可替换为电压调整模块,以实现为电子烟提供合适的充电电源。
在第三实施例中,如图 9 和图 10
所示,该电子烟充电装置为电子烟烟盒。其在第一实施例的所述充电座的基础上增加一个盒体 80 并将该第一实施例中电子烟充电装置安装在该盒体 80
中,以构成新的电子烟充电装置。该新的电子烟充电装置即为带有充电功能的电子烟烟盒。电子烟 1A 放入该新的电子烟充电装置的对应位置时,即开始充电。
在第四实施例中,如图 11 和图 12
所示,该电子烟充电装置为电子烟烟盒。其在第二实施例的充电座的基础上增加一个盒体 80 并将该第二实施例中的充电座安装在该盒体 80
中,以构成新的电子烟充电装置。该新的电子烟充电装置即为带有充电功能的电子烟烟盒。电子烟 1A 放入该新的电子烟充电装置的对应位置时,即开始充电。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (17)
- 一种电子烟充电装置,用于给电子烟充电, 所述电子烟上设置有两个电连接至电子烟电池的电极连接件, 其特征在于,所述电子烟充电装置设置有用于分别与所述电极连接件弹性抵持的第一充电电极( 30 )和第二充电电极( 20 ),所述第一充电电极( 30 )和所述第二充电电极( 20 )中的至少一个充电电极采用弹性导电材料制成。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述弹性导电材料为导电橡胶或者导电硅胶。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第二充电电极( 20 )为空心的柱状结构。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第二充电电极( 20 )穿插设置在所述第一充电电极( 30 )中,所述第一充电电极( 30 )的端面呈连续的圆环形或者呈间断的圆环形。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第二充电电极( 20 )采用弹性导电材料制成。
- 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟充电装置还包括安装座( 10 )、设置有充电控制电路的控制板( 40 )以及触发件( 50 ),所述触发件( 50 )与所述控制板( 40 )电连接;所述第一充电电极( 30 )以及所述触发件( 50 )电气隔离地安装在所述安装座( 10 )朝向所述电子烟的一端面上且所述第一充电电极( 30 )可弹性伸缩; 充电时,所述电子烟施加压力至所述第一充电电极( 30 ),所述第一充电电极( 30 )弹性变形而电连接至所述触发件( 50 ),所述触发件( 50 )产生一触发信号并发送给所述控制板( 40 ),实现所述电子烟充电装置为所述电子烟的电池充电。
- 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述安装座( 10 )内设置有容纳腔( 10a ),所述控制板( 40 )设置在所述容纳腔( 10a )的底部,所述安装座( 10 )包括一个与所述控制板( 40 )相对的第一顶壁( 10b ),所述第一充电电极( 30 )和所述第二充电电极( 20 )的一端分别弹性电连接在所述控制板( 40 )上,所述第一充电电极( 30 )和所述第二充电电极( 20 )的另一端分别伸出于所述第一顶壁(10b)。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第一充电电极( 30 )包括一端部相互抵持的弹簧( 32 )和第一电极柱( 31 ),所述第一电极柱( 31 )呈筒状结构,所述第一电极柱( 31 )的侧壁上对称地开设有两条缝隙( 312 );所述两条缝隙( 312 )均与所述第一电极柱( 31 )的中轴线平行并贯穿所述第一电极柱( 31 )的远离所述弹簧( 32 )的一端,以 形成第一抵接臂( 30a )和第二抵接臂( 30b ),所述第一顶壁( 10b )上对应地间隔设置有两个用于供所述 第一抵接臂( 30a )和第二抵接臂 (30b) 穿设的第一通孔( 11 ),所述第一电极柱( 31 )部分地卡持在所述容纳腔( 10a )内。
- 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第二充电电极( 20 )为呈柱状的第二电极柱,所述第一顶壁( 10b )上设置有供所述第二电极柱穿过的第二通孔( 12 ),所述第二电极柱的侧壁面上环绕设置有第一台阶( 21 ),所述第一台阶( 21 )抵持在所述第一顶壁( 10b )的内侧使得所述第二电极柱部分地卡持在所述容纳腔( 10a )内。
- 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述控制板( 40 )上设置有第一穿孔( 41 ),并且沿着所述第一穿孔( 41 )的孔沿在所述控制板( 40 )上设置有圆环状的第一导电部( 42 );所述第二电极柱的侧壁面上设置有第二台阶( 22 ),所述第二电极柱的远离所述第一顶壁( 10b )的端部穿插在所述第一穿孔( 41 )中,所述第二台阶( 22 )弹性抵压并电连接在所述第一导电部( 42 )上。
- 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述控制板( 40 )上沿着所述第一导电部( 42 )的周沿间隔地设置有圆环状的第二导电部( 43 ),所述弹簧( 32 )一端弹性抵压并电连接在所述第二导电部( 43 )上。
- 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述安装座( 10 )包括一容置部( 10c ),所述容置部( 10c )的底壁上设置有用于与所述控制板( 40 )弹性电连接的第一弹性片( 60 ),与所述容置部( 10c )的底壁相正对的顶壁( 100 )上设置有第三穿孔( 11c );所述第二充电电极( 20 )的一端弹性抵接在所述第一弹性片( 60 )上,所述第二充电电极( 20 )的另一端伸出于所述第三穿孔( 11c )。
- 根据权利要求 12 所述电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第二充电电极( 20 )的侧壁面上周向设置有第三台阶( 21c ),所述第三台阶( 21c )用于与所述容置部( 10c )的顶壁的内侧相抵持以使得所述第二充电电极( 20 )部分地卡持在所述容置部( 10c )内。
- 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述控制板( 40 )沿着所述容置部( 10c )的一侧面设置,所述控制板( 40 )垂直于所述容置部( 10c )的底壁以及顶壁( 100 )。
- 根据权利要求 14 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述触发件( 50 )为弹性金属片弯折而成并包括第二基板( 51 )和第二弯折部( 52 ),所述第二基板( 51 )贴合在所述容置部( 10c )的顶壁( 100 )的外侧,所述第二弯折部( 52 )弹性抵压在所述控制板( 40 )上并与所述控制板( 40 )电连接。
- 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第一充电电极( 30 )为弹性金属片弯折而成并且包括第一基板( 31c )和第一弯折部( 32c ),所述第一弯折部( 32c )固定安装在所述安装座( 10 )的侧壁面且与所述控制板( 40 )弹性电连接,所述第一基板( 31c )相对于所述容置部( 10c )的顶壁( 100 )朝向远离所述安装座( 10 )的方向倾斜;在自由状态下,所述第一基板( 31c )与所述第二基板( 51 )电气隔离;充电时,所述电子烟给所述第一基板( 31c )施加压力使所述第一基板( 31c )朝向所述第二基板( 51 )运动,所述第一基板( 31c )与所述第二基板( 51 )电连接以产生所述触发信号给所述控制板( 40 )。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟充电装置为电子烟烟盒。
