本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种改进了的电子烟,在雾化器拔出电池组件后,超声雾化片的两极在雾化器内部短路、释放能量;在雾化器与电池组件连接时,超声雾化片的两极在雾化器内部断路,不影响超声雾化片正常工作,不会因人体误触摸而放电,在雾化器和电池组件连接的瞬间不会放电,防止因超声雾化片瞬间放电电压过大而烧坏电子元器件,安全系数高,使用寿命长、使用成本低,用户体验好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种超声波电子烟,包括可拆卸相连的雾化器与电池组件,其中雾化器包括超声雾化片,电池组件包括用于对雾化器供电的第一电池电极和第二电池电极;当雾化器与电池组件相连时,超声雾化片的第一极与第一电池电极电连接,超声雾化片的第二极与第二电池电极电连接;其结构特点是所述雾化器还包括可在雾化器与电池组件断开时分别与超声雾化片的两极电连接、同时可在雾化器与电池组件连接时断开与超声雾化片一极电连接关系的导电片。
借由上述结构,在雾化器与电池组件断开时,雾化器内部的导电片将超声雾化片的两极导通,使超声雾化片自身短路,从而使超声雾化片本身释放能量,避免人体误触摸雾化器两极时通过人体导电使超声雾化片的两极形成一个导通回路导致超声雾化片放电,从而导致人体受到电击或触电的感觉。与此同时,由于在雾化器与电池组件断开时,超声雾化片通过自身短路放电,降低超声雾化片自带的能量,因此在雾化器和电池组件再次连接时超声雾化片瞬间不会释放高电压而冲击电池组件的电子元器件,也就是说可以防止超声雾化片瞬间释放高电压或电流过大而烧坏电子元器件,使该超声波电子烟在使用时安全系数更高,使用寿命长、使用成本低。在雾化器与电池组件连接时,导电片与超声雾化片的一极断开,使雾化器与电池组件形成导通电路,从而超声雾化片正常使用(也就是说该超声波电子烟可以正常使用)。
进一步地,所述雾化器包括弹性连接机构,所述电池组件包括与弹性连接机 构位置对应的支架;当雾化器与电池组件连接时,弹性连机构的一端与支架相抵接,弹性连接机构的另一端与导电片相抵接以使得导电片与超声雾化片一极之间的电连接关系断开;当雾化器与电池组件断开时,弹性连接机构复位且导电片分别与超声雾化片的两极电连接。
雾化器中设置有弹性连接机构带动导电片移动。在雾化器不与电池组件电连接时,雾化器内部超声雾化片的两极通过导电片连接起来形成一个闭合回路,超声雾化片自身短路,从而将超声雾化片上的能量全部释放出来,防止雾化器与电池组件的电路再次接通后,超声雾化片瞬间释放高能量将电池组件上的主板烧坏,提高电子烟主板的寿命,降低使用成本;防止用户在误触摸雾化器两极时有触电的感觉,提升安全可靠的用户体验。
作为一种优选方式,所述雾化器包括下电极与螺纹座,超声雾化片的第一极与下电极电连接,超声雾化片的第二极与螺纹座电连接;当雾化器与电池组件连接时,弹性连接机构的一端与导电片相抵接以使得导电片与螺纹座之间的电连接关系断开;当雾化器与电池组件断开时,弹性连接机构复位且下电极和螺纹座均与导电片电连接。
作为一种优选方式,下电极通过绝缘环与螺纹座绝缘相连;所述弹性连接机构包括顶轴与第一弹簧,绝缘环上开设通孔,顶轴置于该通孔内且顶轴可沿通孔移动,顶轴高于通孔,第一弹簧套设于顶轴中段外,第一弹簧的一端与顶轴外侧壁相抵接,第一弹簧另一端与通孔内侧壁相抵接;当雾化器与电池组件连接时,第一弹簧压缩,顶轴底端与支架相抵接,顶轴顶端与导电片相抵接以使得导电片与螺纹座之间的连接关系断开;当雾化器与电池组件断开时,在第一弹簧回复力的作用下,顶轴向下移动,导电片复位并与螺纹座相抵接。
作为一种优选方式,所述导电片的一端与下电极固连,导电片中段底面与顶轴顶端相抵接,导电片另一端底面随顶轴上下移动而与螺纹座相抵接或断开。
借由上述结构,当雾化器与电池组件不连接时,在第一弹簧的作用下,顶轴从雾化器底部突出,从而导电片将雾化器上的正负极连接起来,即超声雾化片、下电极、导电片、螺纹座、超声雾化片形成一个闭合回路,通过短路的形式将超声雾化片的能量释放,防止雾化器插入电池组件后超声雾化片瞬间将自身带有的能量释放到电子烟的主板上而产生烧板的现象。
作为另一种优选方式,导电片与顶轴顶部相固连并可随顶轴上下移动;当雾化器与电池组件连接时,第一弹簧压缩,顶轴带动导电片上移,螺纹座与下电极均断开与导电片的连接关系;当雾化器与电池组件断开时,在第一弹簧回复力的作用下,顶轴向下移动,导电片复位并与下电极与螺纹座相抵接。
导电片与顶轴顶部相固连,当雾化器与电池组件相连时,顶轴被支架顶起,导电片随着顶轴一起向上移动而不与螺纹座和下电极接触,所以在雾化器与电池组件连接时雾化器内部不会出现短路的现象,此时再接通电池组件内的电路,雾化器即可正常工作,易于组装,操作简便。
进一步地,所述绝缘环上还设有用于防止顶轴从所述通孔脱落的限位凸台。
作为一种优选方式,所述导电片的一端通过铆压的方式与下电极固连。
导电片的一端通过铆压的方式固定在下电极上,导电片的另一端可活动地抵接在螺纹座上,组装简单。
进一步地,所述雾化器包括油腔、连通油腔和超声雾化片的导油机构。
作为一种优选方式,所述雾化器包括杯状雾化棉、储油棉管、内套套接的内套管与外套管,雾化棉的侧壁套设于内套管与外套管之间,雾化棉的外底面与超声雾化片的雾化棉相抵接,储油棉管套设于雾化棉与内套管之间,外套管上开设连通油腔与雾化棉的进油孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明在雾化器拔出电池组件后,超声雾化片的两极在雾化器内部短路、释放能量;在雾化器与电池组件连接时,超声雾化片的两极在雾化器内部断路,且不影响超声雾化片正常工作(也就是说在雾化器与电池组件连接后,该电子烟可以正常使用),所以该雾化器脱离电池组件后不会因人体误触摸而受到电击,也不会出现在雾化器和电池组件连接的瞬间释放过大的电压或电流而烧坏电子元器件的现象,以使该电子烟在使用过程中安全系数更高,使用寿命长、使用成本低,用户体验好。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1至图3所示,超声波电子烟包括可拆卸相连的雾化器1与电池组件2,其中雾化器1包括超声雾化片3,电池组件2包括用于对雾化器1供电的第一电池电极4和第二电池电极5;当雾化器1与电池组件2相连时,超声雾化片3的第一极与第一电池电极4电连接,超声雾化片3的第二极与第二电池电极5电连接;所述雾化器1还包括可在雾化器1与电池组件2断开时分别与超声雾化片3的两极电连接、同时可在雾化器1与电池组件2连接时断开与超声雾化片3一极电连接关系的导电片29。导电片29本身具有一定的弹性,并且该导电片29也具有导电性,超声雾化片3为压电陶瓷雾化片。
所述雾化器1包括弹性连接机构6,所述电池组件2包括与弹性连接机构6位置对应的支架7;当雾化器1与电池组件2连接时,弹性连接机构的一端与支架7相抵接,弹性连接机构6的另一端与导电片29相抵接以使得导电片29与超声雾化片3一极之间的电连接关系断开;当雾化器1与电池组件2断开时,弹性连接机构6复位且导电片29分别与超声雾化片3的两极电连接。
所述雾化器1包括下电极8与螺纹座9,超声雾化片3的第一极与下电极8电连接,超声雾化片3的第二极与螺纹座9电连接;当雾化器1与电池组件2连接时,弹性连接机构6的一端与导电片29相抵接以使得导电片29与螺纹座9之间的电连接关系断开;当雾化器1与电池组件2断开时,弹性连接机构6复位且下电极8和螺纹座9均与导电片29电连接。
下电极8通过绝缘环10与螺纹座9绝缘相连;所述弹性连接机构6包括顶轴11与第一弹簧12,绝缘环10上开设通孔101,顶轴11置于该通孔101内且顶轴11可沿通孔101移动,顶轴11高于通孔101,第一弹簧12套设于顶轴11中段外,第一弹簧12的一端与顶轴11外侧壁相抵接,第一弹簧12另一端与通 孔101内侧壁相抵接;当雾化器1与电池组件2连接时,第一弹簧12压缩,顶轴11底端与支架7相抵接,顶轴11顶端与导电片29相抵接以使得导电片29与螺纹座9之间的连接关系断开;当雾化器1与电池组件2断开时,在第一弹簧12回复力的作用下,顶轴11向下移动,导电片29复位并与螺纹座9相抵接。
所述导电片29的一端与下电极8固连,导电片29中段底面与顶轴11顶端相抵接,导电片29另一端底面随顶轴11上下移动而与螺纹座9相抵接或断开。
所述绝缘环10上还设有用于防止顶轴11从所述通孔101脱落的限位凸台102。
所述导电片29的一端通过铆压的方式与下电极8固连。
所述雾化器1包括油腔13、连通油腔13和超声雾化片3的导油机构。
所述雾化器1包括杯状雾化棉14、储油棉管15、内套套接的内套管16与外套管17,雾化棉14的侧壁套设于内套管16与外套管17之间,雾化棉14的外底面与超声雾化片3的雾化棉14相抵接,储油棉管15套设于雾化棉14与内套管16之间,外套管17上开设连通油腔13与雾化棉14的进油孔1701。
所述雾化器1还包括吸嘴18、密封垫19、转换头20、上盖21、连接套22、进气管23、第二弹簧24、密封圈25、下盖26、底盖27、雾化座28。吸嘴18与上盖21顶端相连,上盖21底端通过下盖26与底盖27相连。转换头20固设于吸嘴18内,进气管23的一端与转换头20固连并与外界相通,进气管23的另一端与雾化棉14的内底面相通。雾化棉14的内底面通过内套管16与进气管23之间的间隙与吸嘴18相连通。密封垫19设于上盖21与吸嘴18之间。上盖21内设有与转换头20相连的连接套22,外套管17固设于连接套22内。密封垫19设于下盖26与上盖21之间。外套管17底部设有用于固设超声雾化片3的雾化座28。螺纹座9与外套管17底部相螺接。超声雾化片3的一极通过外套管17与螺纹座9电连接,超声雾化片3的另一极与下电极8电连接。第二弹簧24的一端与内套管16相抵接,第二弹簧24的另一端与雾化棉14内底面相抵接。
实施例二
图4和图5中示出超声波电子烟第二实施例的结构,超声波电子烟实施例二与实施例一结构类似,区别仅在于,导电片29与顶轴11顶部相固连并可随顶轴11上下移动;当雾化器1与电池组件2连接时,第一弹簧12压缩,顶轴11带动导电片29上移,螺纹座9与下电极8均断开与导电片29的连接关系;当雾化器1与电池组件2断开时,在第一弹簧12回复力的作用下,顶轴11向下移动,导电片29复位并与下电极8与螺纹座9相抵接。对于实施例二中与实施例一中相同的结构,在此不做文字赘述,但并不影响本领域的技术人员对本发明的理解和实现。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是局限性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种超声波电子烟,包括可拆卸相连的雾化器(1)与电池组件(2),其中雾化器(1)包括超声雾化片(3),电池组件(2)包括用于对雾化器(1)供电的第一电池电极(4)和第二电池电极(5);当雾化器(1)与电池组件(2)相连时,超声雾化片(3)的第一极与第一电池电极(4)电连接,超声雾化片(3)的第二极与第二电池电极(5)电连接;其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)还包括可在雾化器(1)与电池组件(2)断开时分别与超声雾化片(3)的两极电连接、同时可在雾化器(1)与电池组件(2)连接时断开与超声雾化片(3)一极电连接关系的导电片(29)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的超声波电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)包括弹性连接机构(6),所述电池组件(2)包括与弹性连接机构(6)位置对应的支架(7);当雾化器(1)与电池组件(2)连接时,弹性连机构的一端与支架(7)相抵接,弹性连接机构(6)的另一端与导电片(29)相抵接以使得导电片(29)与超声雾化片(3)一极之间的电连接关系断开;当雾化器(1)与电池组件(2)断开时,弹性连接机构(6)复位且导电片(29)分别与超声雾化片(3)的两极电连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的超声波电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)包括下电极(8)与螺纹座(9),超声雾化片(3)的第一极与下电极(8)电连接,超声雾化片(3)的第二极与螺纹座(9)电连接;当雾化器(1)与电池组件(2)连接时,弹性连接机构(6)的一端与导电片(29)相抵接以使得导电片(29)与螺纹座(9)之间的电连接关系断开;当雾化器(1)与电池组件(2)断开时,弹性连接机构(6)复位且下电极(8)和螺纹座(9)均与导电片(29)电连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的超声波电子烟,其特征在于,下电极(8)通过绝缘环(10)与螺纹座(9)绝缘相连;所述弹性连接机构(6)包括顶轴(11)与第一弹簧(12),绝缘环(10)上开设通孔(101),顶轴(11)置于该通孔(101)内且顶轴(11)可沿通孔(101)移动,顶轴(11)高于通孔(101),第一弹簧(12)套设于顶轴(11)中段外,第一弹簧(12)的一端与顶轴(11)外侧壁相抵接,第一弹簧(12)另一端与通孔(101)内侧壁相抵接;当雾化器(1)与电池组件(2)连接时,第一弹簧(12)压缩,顶轴(11)底端与支架(7)相抵接,顶轴(11)顶端与导电片(29)相抵接以使得导电片(29)与螺纹座(9)之间的连接关系断开;当雾化器(1)与电池组件(2)断开时,在第一弹簧(12)回复力的作用下,顶轴(11)向下移动,导电片(29)复位并与螺纹座(9)相抵接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的超声波电子烟,其特征在于,所述导电片(29)的一端与下电极(8)固连,导电片(29)中段底面与顶轴(11)顶端相抵接,导电片(29)另一端底面随顶轴(11)上下移动而与螺纹座(9)相抵接或断开。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的超声波电子烟,其特征在于,导电片(29)与顶轴(11)顶部相固连并可随顶轴(11)上下移动;当雾化器(1)与电池组件(2)连接时,第一弹簧(12)压缩,顶轴(11)带动导电片(29)上移,螺纹座(9)与下电极(8)均断开与导电片(29)的连接关系;当雾化器(1)与电池组件(2)断开时,在第一弹簧(12)回复力的作用下,顶轴(11)向下移动,导电片(29)复位并与下电极(8)与螺纹座(9)相抵接。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的超声波电子烟,其特征在于,所述绝缘环(10)上还设有用于防止顶轴(11)从所述通孔(101)脱落的限位凸台(102)。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的超声波电子烟,其特征在于,所述导电片(29)的一端通过铆压的方式与下电极(8)固连。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的超声波电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)包括油腔(13)、连通油腔(13)和超声雾化片(3)的导油机构。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的超声波电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)包括杯状雾化棉(14)、储油棉管(15)、内套套接的内套管(16)与外套管(17),雾化棉(14)的侧壁套设于内套管(16)与外套管(17)之间,雾化棉(14)的外底面与超声雾化片(3)的雾化棉(14)相抵接,储油棉管(15)套设于雾化棉(14)与内套管(16)之间,外套管(17)上开设连通油腔(13)与雾化棉(14)的进油孔(1701)。
