Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'hydrophilisation de surfaces d'une pièce à usiner de type lentille ménisque, qui comprend les étapes consistant à appliquer un pré-revêtement par dépôt chimique en phase vapeur assisté par plasma (PECVD) (S2) sur les surfaces de lentille, et à appliquer un revêtement secondaire par dépôt chimique en phase vapeur (CVD) (S3) sur les surfaces de lentille pré-revêtues. Une lentille ménisque comprend un corps hydrophobe constitué de silicone, à la surface duquel est située une couche hydrophile en polyacrylate, ladite couche étant une couche PECVD/CVD et ayant un angle de contact avec l'eau inférieur à 10°.
