Abstract

Personal protective equipment (1), comprising:a garment adapted to cover at least the user's bust; an airbag system (40) comprising an inflatable chamber (45) conformed to protect at least a part of the user's bust, and an actuation device (70), the inflatable chamber (45) presenting an inactive state and an active state; a lining (25) adapted to cover at least a part of an inner surface of the garment, the lining (25) including internally the inflatable chamber (45), the garment and the lining (25) being adapted to enable the inflatable chamber (45) to pass from the inactive state to the active state; an attaching system (35) adapted to removably attach the lining (25) to the garment.
