Abstract

La présente invention concerne une soie de brosse à dents présentant des propriétés hydrofuges et une brosse à dents la comprenant. Une soie de brosse à dents comprenant un composant hydrofuge, et de préférence un perfluorocarbone, présente des propriétés hydrofuges réduisant considérablement sa perméabilité à l'eau, ceci pouvant ainsi éliminer la possibilité de propagation de microbes et par conséquent permettre d'éviter toute infection microbienne de la bouche étant donné que l'on obtient non seulement une réduction notable de la quantité d'eau restant dans les soies de la brosse à dents mais également une vitesse d'évaporation très élevée suite au brossage des dents. En outre, la présente invention concerne une brosse à dents hydrofuge comprenant de telles soies de brosse à dents hydrofuges.
