Description
DIVIDABLE FOOD PRODUCT
Technical Field of the Invention
The invention relates to a food product such as cake, bread, biscuits, and chocolate, which comprises at least three sides with at least two sides thereof being inclined, and can apparently contain sauces such as cream, jam, chocolate, and jelly in the hollow filling hole provided on the surface thereof at a desired amount and an equal proportion.
The invention, especially, relates to at least two identical food products whose at least one inclined sides are formed such that they will be in full contact with each other and will be symmetrical to each other, and which are capable of being cut clearly from these contacting sides.
Background of the Invention
Today, food products in various shapes and forms such as cake, chocolate, and wafer, are available. These food products are offered to the consumer by single or multiple packaging. Another property of said food products is that they can contain various filling materials. Thus, it is aimed to provide user satisfaction.
During the literature search, some applications with respect to the subject are encountered: One of them is the utility model application with the publication no. TR 200001319 titled "A Food Product Made of Products such as Chocolate, Wafer, Cream, and Nut" The following is disclosed in said application: "This invention relates to a human food product produced by using mainly wafer, chocolate, a special kind of cream and nut or similar materials. The food product of the invention consists of outer chocolate, nut pieces, inner chocolate, bottom wafer, top wafer, cream, and nut, in an outside-in manner. In the first stage of the production of the food product, the wafer placed in the bottom portion is pressed from above and made hollow. Then, cream is pressed into the hollow portion. The product, thus, obtained by placing nut and wafer on the cream, is passed through the chocolate bath. Its surface is covered with chocolate and nut pieces are scattered thereon. Then, it is passed through the chocolate bath again and the outer surface thereof is covered with chocolate."
Another application disclosed in the literature is the utility model with the publication no. TR 200703046 titled "Crispy sticks with tahini halva cream". The abstract of said application is as follows: "Said invention is a crispy food product with high fiber ingredient, which comprises oat or wheat or rye bran, or mixture of any two of them or three of them, is enriched with apple and/or other fruit fibers, contains vitamin E, and is filled therein with tahini halva cream.
However, one of the drawbacks of the aforementioned food products is that these products comprise said filling products therein in a way not to be seen from the outside. Due to this situation, said filling materials are not appealing to the eye, thus are not preferred by the user.
Today, cake and similar products are also available, wherein sauce is injected into the food product. The injected sauce/cake proportion is limited in these products. Moreover, the injected sauce is required to be at a certain viscosity, which results in some limitations in the application. Besides, it is observed that the sauces provided with air permeability lose their property during injection in the cake-like food products.
Apart from said examples, some food products being hollow in the middle and comprising filling material are also available in the state of the art. These food products which are hollow in the middle and filled with sauce are suitable for only single consumption and structured as one portion. Said products are not suitable for multiple consumption.
To conclude, an improvement with respect to the food products is required to be made in the related technical field due to the aforementioned drawbacks and the inadequacy of the existing solutions regarding the subject.
Brief Description of the Invention
The present invention relates to at least three-sided food product with at least two sides thereof being inclined and with hollow filling hole, which meets the requirements mentioned above, eliminates all the disadvantages, and offers some additional advantages.
The primary object of the invention is to introduce at least two identical food products such as cake, bread, biscuits, and chocolate, which comprise at least two inclined sides, and can contain sauces such as cream, jam, chocolate, and jelly in the hollow filling hole provided on the surface thereof at a desired amount and an equal proportion.
An object of the invention is to provide at least two identical food products whose at least one inclined sides are formed such that they will be in full contact with each other and will be symmetrical to each other, and which are capable of being cut from these fully contacting sides.
A similar object of the invention is to be capable of being sliced in equal portions with ease and offered with different arrangements thanks to the fact that it can be cut clearly from the fully contacting sides. Thus, it can be offered in the form of cake as single and uniform slices.
Another object of the invention is that the hollow filling hole comprised by (h) height is approximately two times the height comprised by the products of the state of the art. In this manner, said hole can contain sauce at a rate of 10-40%. As this situation is visually appealing to the eye as well as satisfying in terms of taste, it aims to satisfy the consumer.
Another object of the invention is that condiment can be added on said sauce.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objects, the invention relates to at least two identical food products;
where each identical food product comprises at least three sides with at least two sides thereof being inclined;
- said two identical food products are formed such that at least one inclined side of one identical food product is in contact with at least one inclined side of another identical food product and these both inclined sides are symmetrical to each other, said two identical food products are capable of being cut from these fully contacting sides.
In order to achieve the objects, the invention comprises hollow filling hole formed apparently on the surface thereof.
In order to achieve the objects of the invention, said filling hole comprises sauces such as cream, jam, chocolate, and jelly.
The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood thanks to the figures below and the detailed description written with reference to those figures and thus, the evaluation needs to be done by taking said figures and the detailed description into consideration.
