Abstract

防烟雾冷凝的电子烟 技术领域
[0001] 本发明创造涉及电子烟领域, 尤其是一种能防止烟雾冷凝且利用磁力连接的电子 烟。
背景技术
[0002] 现有的电子烟包括吸杆和电源杆, 吸杆和电源杆采用螺纹连接, 吸杆内设有用于储 存烟液的烟液杯、 用于将烟液雾化转变为烟雾的雾化机构及用于使雾化机构和电源杆实现电 连接的连接机构, 烟液杯、 雾化机构和连接机构形成一体不可分离。 吸杆内还设有供烟雾流 通的烟雾通道, 该烟雾通道可与吸杆外套一体成型或为独立部件, 烟雾通道一般采用塑胶或 金属材质制成。 由于塑胶或金属的表面传热系数高, 当较高温度的杯雾化后的烟雾流经较低 温度的由塑胶或金属材质制成的烟雾通道时, 根据热传递的对流换热的原理, 烟雾在流出烟 雾通道外部之前在其内壁上快速冷却凝结成烟液, 烟液会顺着气流方向吸入吸烟者的口腔, 造成吸烟者抽烟时吸到烟液和烟雾量偏少的问题。 另外, 由于吸杆作为一个整体不可分割, 当烟液用完需要更换新的烟液杯和雾化机构时, 必须更换整个吸杆, 导致吸杆的制造和使用 成本均较高。 因此, 有必要使吸杆分体制作, 且又能方便吸杆的雾化机构和连接机构之间的 安装、 拆卸和更换。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明创造的目的在于提供一种防烟雾冷凝的电子烟, 以增大进入吸烟者口中的烟 雾量, 且能避免烟液被吸入吸烟者口中, 或大大减少被吸入吸烟者口中的烟液量。

[0019] 采用上述技术方案后, 本发明创造具有如下有益效果: 首先, 在吸杆内部设有防止 烟液冷凝的防烟液冷凝机构, 增大了进入吸烟者口中的烟雾量, 且能避免烟液滴被吸入吸烟 者口中, 或大大减少被吸入吸烟者口中的烟液量。 其次, 雾化器和连接器分体制作, 雾化器 内的烟液使用完毕后, 只需更换雾化器而连机器可以保留不必更换, 节约了制造和使用成 本。 再次, 雾化器内的第一连接机构插入所述连接器内并与其内的第二连接机构磁性连接, 雾化器与连接器的组装和拆卸非常方便。 再次, 第二连接机构设置了可始终露出第二绝缘套 外部的第二极柱和电源杆上极柱分别与雾化器和电源杆上相应的第一电极和电源杆下极柱抵 接, 使得连接器与所述雾化器和电源杆的电路连接可靠。 再次, 所述烟液杯的底部设有导液 组件, 利用其隔夜组件和储液部件相结合, 其导液效果良好。 最后, 电子烟内部形成独特的 空气通道, 电子烟和外部的空气流通顺畅。

第一实施方式是: 在烟雾通道 35 内增加一个由表面传热系数低的材料制成的隔热部件 36。 该隔热部件 36穿设于烟雾通道 35内, 其为轴向设有中通孔的管状部件, 烟雾从该隔热部件 36 的中通孔流出烟雾通道 35外部。 为使防冷凝的效果更佳, 所述隔热部件 36 的外侧壁与 所述烟雾通道 35 的内壁之间密封连接, 所述隔热部件 36 的长度不大于烟雾通道 35 的长 度。 在本实施例中, 所述隔热部件 36的外侧壁与所述烟雾通道 35的内壁之间以过盈配合实 现二者密封连接。 所述表面传热系数低的材料为以下具有隔热效果的材料中的任一种: 玻璃 纤维管、 化纤管、 木浆纤维管、 硬质纸质管或木质管。

Claims
1. 一种防烟雾冷凝的电子烟, 包括可拆装地连接的吸杆和电源杆, 所述吸杆内设有用于将 存储于吸杆内的烟液雾化转变为烟雾的雾化器及供所述烟雾流通至吸杆外部的烟雾通道, 其 中, 所述吸杆内设有用于防止烟雾在流通中冷却凝结在烟雾通道内壁上的防烟液冷凝机构。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述防烟液冷凝机构为穿设于烟雾通道内部的隔热 部件。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述隔热部件为由表面传热系数低的材质制成的管 状部件。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述隔热部件的外侧壁与所述烟雾通道的内壁之间 密封连接。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述防烟液冷凝机构为所述烟雾通道, 其为由隔热 材质制成的呈管状的独立部件。
6. 如权利要求 1 至 5 中任一项所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸杆还包括用于连接所述雾化器 和电源杆且将电源杆内的电源传输给雾化器的连接器, 该连接器的一端与雾化器磁性连接, 连接器的另一端与所述电源杆可拆装地连接。
7. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟, 所述雾化器的与连接器对接的连接端设有第一连接机构, 所述第一连接机构包括分别作为第一连接机构第一电极的第一座体和借助于第一绝缘套安装 于第一座体上且作为第一连接机构第二电极的第一极柱; 所述连接器的与雾化器对接的连接 端设有第二连接机构, 所述第二连接机构包括作为第二连接机构第一电极的第二座体和借助 于第二绝缘套安装于第二座体上且作为第二连接机构第二电极的第二极柱, 所述第一座体和 第二座体均是整体或局部形成有可相互磁性吸附的第一磁吸部和第二磁吸部; 所述第一磁吸 部与第二磁吸部相互磁性吸附使第一座体和第二座体相抵接且第一极柱和第二极柱相抵接。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一座体呈筒状, 第一极柱借助于第一绝缘套 插置于第一座体中部; 所述第二座体呈筒状, 所述第二极柱借助于第二绝缘套插置于第二座 体中部; 所述第二极柱穿设于第二绝缘套中, 第二绝缘套固定于第二座体内, 第二绝缘套上 与所述第二极柱相反的一端设有用于与所述电源杆内的电极相电连接的电源杆上极柱, 电源 杆上极柱利用一限位套而夹持于第二绝缘套内, 第二绝缘套的内部还设有一弹簧, 所述弹簧 的两端分别抵接于第二极柱和电源杆上极柱而将第二极柱和电源杆上极柱均保持于伸出第二 绝缘套的状态; 对应地, 所述电源杆上与连接器相连接的一端设有一电源杆下极柱与所述电 源杆上极柱相抵接。
9 .如权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第二绝缘套为一端设有顶壁而另一端开口的圆筒 体, 其包括侧壁、 顶壁及由顶壁沿轴向向外延伸的凸缘, 所述侧壁和顶壁合围形成用于容置 所述弹簧的内腔, 所述顶壁上还设有供所述第二极柱伸出的极柱孔; 所述第二座体呈中空的 圆筒体结构, 其一端插入所述连接器的内部并固定于连接器内, 另一端设有用于与所述电源 杆相连接的外螺纹接头, 对应地, 所述电源杆上设有与其相配合的内螺纹接头, 所述电源杆 下极柱设于所述内螺纹接头内, 所述电源杆下极柱利用一下极柱绝缘套固定于所述内螺纹接 头内; 电源杆内部设有电源, 所述内螺纹接头和电源杆下极柱分别与电源的第一电极和第二 电极电连接; 所述第二绝缘套插入所述第二座体内并利用其侧壁涨紧于第二座体内, 同时, 其穿过一中部设有轴向贯通孔的永磁体并利用其凸缘将该永磁体固定于该第二座体上。
10. 如权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述连接器具有一用于固定所述第二连接机构的连 接器套管, 该连接器套管为沿轴向贯通的圆筒体, 该连接器套管的一端设有所述第二连接机 构, 另一端供所述带第一连接机构插入其内而与所述第二连接机构相磁性连接。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化器包括吸筒及设于吸筒内用于储存烟液 的烟液杯和用于将烟液雾化转变为烟雾的雾化机构, 该雾化机构的第一电极和第二电极分别 与所述第一连接机构的第一电极和第二电极电连接, 即与所述第一极柱和第一座体电连接。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸筒包括外露段和用于插入所述连接器内而 与所述连接器相连接的插入段, 插入段与外露段之间设有一限位台阶, 插入段插入所述连接 器内并利用所述限位台阶限位。
13. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述烟液杯包括用于存储烟液的杯筒及用于将杯 筒内的烟液引导给所述雾化机构以便将烟液雾化的导液组件。
14. 如权利要求 13 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述杯筒为一端开口而另一端封闭的杯体, 其横 截面呈圆环形, 其与所述吸筒形成一体; 所述导液组件包括设于杯筒底部的隔液部件及贴合 于隔液部件底部的储液部件; 所述隔液部件上设有若干个导液孔, 隔液部件紧贴于杯筒的开 口端以密封烟液, 储液部件利用其侧壁涨紧固定于所述吸筒的内壁上, 其一端紧贴于所述隔 液部件上以将所述隔液部件固定于杯筒的底部, 储液部件的另一端与所述雾化机构相抵接, 烟液自杯筒内经隔液板渗透并吸收和储存于储液部件内并进一步被所述雾化机构吸收以便将 烟液雾化。
15. 如权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一磁吸部整体采用可导电的磁铁或磁性材料 制成, 或者所述第一磁吸部的一部分由可导电材料制成; 所述第二磁吸部采用可导电的磁铁 或磁性材料制成, 或者所述第二磁吸部的一部分由可导电材料制成形成。
