技术领域
本申请涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种雾化组件及具有该雾化组件的电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术中的电子烟通常包括雾化组件及电池组件,雾化组件的一端设置有用于与电池组件电连接的第一电极,第一电极内依次套设有绝缘环以及第二电极。雾化组件内还设有电热丝,电热丝的第一端与第二电极实现电连接,电热丝第二端与第一电极相连接。第二电极上贯通有通气孔。且电热丝第一端是通过焊接的方式焊接于第二电极的端面的。这样的结构由于第二电极上的通气孔是沿轴向贯通的,因此,焊接电热丝的引线时,焊锡容易堵住通气孔。
为解决上述技术问题,本领域技术人员设计了一种电子烟,包括雾化组件、以及插置于雾化组件端部的第一电极以及第二电极。雾化组件内还容置有用于将烟油雾化的电热丝,以及与电热丝电连接的第一引线以及第二引线,第二电极具有伸入雾化组件内部的延伸部,第二引线与延伸部电性连接,第一引线与第一电极电性连接。延伸部侧面设有至少一用于供气流通过的第一通孔,使得第二引线在通过焊接的方式电性连接到第二电极上时降低堵孔的概率。然而,为了避免堵孔,焊接时焊料较少,不便于焊接,焊接不牢固,因而使用寿命短。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本申请提供一种焊接牢固、便于生产的雾化组件及电子烟。
第一方面,本申请提供一种雾化组件,包括储油体、雾化芯、连接座及电极,所述储油体内设置有用于容纳烟油的储油腔;所述雾化芯包括具有连接脚的电热元件,所述电热元件用于雾化至少部分从所述储油腔提供给所述电热元件的烟油;所述连接座与所述储油体相连,所述电极固定在所述连接座上,在所述电极上设置有贯穿所述电极的连接孔及容纳槽,所述连接孔一端的孔口位于所述容纳槽内以连通该容纳槽,所述连接脚的至少部分插设在所述连接孔内并延伸至所述容纳槽内,从而与所述电极形成连接。
可选地,所述电极呈片状并沿所述连接座的端面延伸设置。
可选地,所述容纳槽位于所述电极背向所述连接座的表面并且向靠近所述连接座的另一表面延伸。
可选地,所述容纳槽用于填充焊料,所述连接脚的至少部分延伸至所述容纳槽内且与所述电极形成焊接。
可选地,所述容纳槽的槽口为孔状且直径大于所述连接孔的孔口。
可选地,所述连接座设置有通孔,所述电极在所述连接孔的孔口处设置有定位凸起,所述定位凸起插设在所述通孔内,所述连接脚穿过所述通孔以与所述电极相连。
可选地,所述连接座设置有第一固定槽,所述电极插设在所述第一固定槽内。
可选地,所述电极包括由磁性材料制成的本体部及位于所述本体部表面的保护层,所述电极还用于与所述电池组件磁吸相连。
可选地,所述储油体内设置通气道以及环绕所述通气道的储油腔,所述连接座设置有与通气道相连通的第一进气孔,所述第一进气孔与所述电极间隔设置。
可选地,所述雾化组件还包括第一滤网,所述第一滤网位于所述雾化芯与所述连接座之间,用于滤除朝所述第一进气孔泄漏的烟油。
可选地,所述连接座面向所述储油体的表面设置有第二固定槽,所述第一滤网插设在所述第二固定槽内,所述第一进气孔的出气口位于所述第二固定槽的底壁处。
可选地,所述雾化组件还包括密封塞,所述密封塞包括盖体部及柱体部,所述柱体部位于所述盖体部背向所述连接座的一侧并与所述盖体部相连;所述 储油体设置有注油孔,所述注油孔与所述储油腔相连通,所述密封塞位于所述储油体与所述连接座之间,所述柱体部插设在所述注油孔内。
可选地,所述密封塞设置有贯穿所述盖体部并延伸至所述柱体部内的连接槽,所述连接座设置有连接柱,所述连接柱插设在所述连接槽内。
可选地,所述储油体包括储油套及隔离套,所述隔离套包括通气管部及固定座部,所述通气管部具有位置相对设置的第一端及第二端,所述通气管部位于所述储油套内,所述通气管部的第一端与所述储油套相连,所述通气管部的第二端与所述固定座部相连,所述雾化芯收容在所述通气管部内;所述固定座部与所述储油套相连,其中所述通气管部与所述固定座部为在模内注塑成型的一体成型结构。
可选地,所述通气管部为金属材料制件,所述固定座部为非金属材料制件。
可选地,所述通气管部包括第一通气段、第二通气段及连接段,所述连接段位于所述第一通气段与所述第二通气段之间并与所述第一通气段及第二通气段相连,所述第二通气段的横截面积大于所述第一通气段的横截面积,所述雾化芯收容在所述第二通气段内。
第二方面,本申请还提供了一种电子烟,包括如上述第一方面任一项所述的雾化组件。
本申请具有如下有益效果:由于所述电极固定在所述连接座的端面处,所述电极设置有连接孔及焊料容纳槽,所述连接孔一端的孔口位于所述焊料容纳槽内,所述连接脚至少部分插设在所述连接孔内并与所述电极焊接相连。因此,焊接时通过焊料容纳槽进行容纳焊料,焊料不容易流出,焊料较容易流入连接孔内,连接脚的周围能够附着较多的焊料,不容易导致虚焊,因而焊接牢固,使用寿命长。此外,由于焊料不易任意流动,因而较便于生产。

为了便于理解本申请,下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本申请进行更详细的说明。需要说明的是,当元件被表述“固定于”/“固接于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上、或者其间可以存在一个或多个居中的元件。当一个元件被表述“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件、或者其间可以存在一个或多个居中的元件。本说明书所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。

请参阅图1至图6,本申请提出一种雾化组件,包括:储油体1、雾化芯2、连接座3及电极4,所述储油体1内设置有储油腔a及通气道b。所述储油体1包括储油套10及隔离套11,所述储油套10设置有位置相对设置的第一端及第二端,所述储油套10的第一端设置有出气孔111,所述出气孔111面向所述隔离套11的孔口处设置有插槽112。吸烟时烟油雾化形成的气溶胶从所述出气孔111排出以供用户吸食。
所述隔离套11包括通气管部12及固定座部13,所述通气管部12具有位置 相对设置的第一端及第二端,所述通气管部12插设在所述储油套10内,所述通气管部12的第一端与所述储油套10相连,所述通气管部12的第二端与所述固定座部13相连。所述通气管部12内形成有所述通气道b,所述通气道b与所述出气孔111相连通,所述通气管部12与所述储油套10之间形成有所述储油腔a,即所述储油腔a环绕所述通气管部12设置,通过所述储油腔a存储烟油。所述通气管部12在与所述雾化芯2位置相对应的位置处设置有出油孔120,以将所述储油腔a内的烟油排至所述雾化芯2。
所述通气管部12包括第一通气段121、第二通气段122及连接段123,所述连接段123位于所述第一通气段121与所述第二通气段122之间并与所述第一通气段121及第二通气段122相连,所述第二通气段122的横截面积大于所述第一通气段121的横截面积。可以理解的是,在某些实施例中,所述通气管部12由直接相连的第一通气段121及第二通气段122形成,所述第一通气段121与第二通气段122的横截面积相等。
所述固定座部13盖设在所述储油腔a的腔口处,并与所述储油套10相连。所述通气管部12与所述固定座部13为在模内注塑成型的一体成型结构,其中,所述通气管部12为金属材料制件,所述固定座部13为非金属材料制件。也就是说,在生产时,将金属材质的通气管部12放置在注塑模具内,通过注塑模具注塑形成所述固定座部13,使所述通气管部12与所述固定座部13为一体成型结构。较佳地,所述通气管部12为不锈钢制件,所述固定座部13为塑胶制件,因而,不仅密封性好,而且通气管部12不易受到烟油影响。可以理解的是,所述通气管部12可以为其它金属材料制件,所述固定座部13也可以为其它非金属材料制件。
所述固定座部13设置有安装槽131及注油孔132,所述安装槽131位于所述固定座部13背向所述储油腔a的表面处,所述安装槽131的侧壁设置有扣接槽133。所述注油孔132与所述储油腔a及所述安装槽131相连通。可以理解的是,只要所述储油体1设置有注油孔132即可,其位置在此不做具体限定。例如,所述注油孔132可以设置在所述安装槽131的外侧。所述安装槽131与所述通气道b相连通。
所述储油体1还包括密封环14,所述通气管部12的第一端与所述密封环14相连,以通过所述密封环14与所述储油套10相连,所述通气管部12的第二 端插设在所述固定座部13内。具体地,所述密封环14的一端端面处设置有对接槽141,所述密封环14至少部分插设在所述插槽112内,以通过所述插槽112对所述密封环14进行固定,因而可较好地避免烟油泄漏。在本实施例中,所述密封环14的一端插设在所述插槽112内,所述密封环14的另一端位于所述插槽112外。
可以理解的是,在某些实施例中,所述密封环14也可以完全位于所述插槽112内。所述通气管部12的第一端插设在所述对接槽141内,所述通气管部12的第二端插设在所述固定座部13内,因而可较好地防止烟油泄漏。可以理解的是,所述密封环14可以由硅胶或者聚氨酯等弹性材料制成。在某些实施例中,可以无需设置所述对接槽141,所述通气管部12的第一端与密封环14的端面弹性抵接。当然,也可以无需设置所述密封环14,所述通气管部12直接与所述储油套10相连。在某些实施例中,所述储油套10包括管状的套体部及环状的盖体部,所述盖体部位于所述套体部的一端并与所述套体部可拆卸连接,所述通气管部12贯穿所述盖体部,吸烟时用户可直接从通气管部吸烟。因此,所述储油套10的结构在此不做具体限定,只要能够存储烟油即可。
所述储油体1还包括第二滤网15,所述第二滤网15插设在所述插槽112内,并夹持在所述密封环14与所述储油套10之间。所述第二滤网15用于滤除从通气管部12排出的大颗粒的气溶胶,避免用户吸食到大颗粒的气溶胶,因而用户体验好。所述第二滤网15可以通过编织形成,也可以由板状物冲压形成,在此不做具体限定。
所述雾化芯2插设在所述通气管部12内,并位于所述第二通气段122内。通过所述连接段123的阻挡,因而可避免所述雾化芯2过度插入所述通气管部12内,因而便于装配。所述雾化芯2包括吸油件21及电热元件22,所述吸油件21插设在所述通气道b内,用于吸附所述储油腔a内的烟油。所述电热元件22与所述吸油件21相接触,用于雾化所述吸油件21上的烟油,所述电热元件22设置有连接脚221。可以理解的是,所述吸油件21可以为延伸至所述储油腔a内的玻纤绳,所述电热元件22可以为缠绕在所述玻纤绳上的电热丝。所述吸油件21也可以为缠绕呈管状的纤维棉,所述电热元件22为缠绕呈柱状的电热丝,所述电热元件22插设在所述吸油件21内。因此,所述雾化芯2只要包括具有连接脚221的电热元件22,所述电热元件22用于雾化至少部分从所述储油 腔a提供给所述电热元件22的烟油即可,其结构在此不做具体限定。可以理解的是,所述雾化芯2的位置也可根据需要进行设置,其位置在此不做具体限定。
在本实施例中,所述吸油件21包括多孔陶瓷管211及缠绕在所述多孔陶瓷管211外的棉布212,通过所述棉布212将所述储油腔a内的烟油吸附到所述多孔陶瓷管211。所述电热元件22包括电热丝220及所述连接脚221,所述电热丝220插设在所述多孔陶瓷管211内,并与所述多孔陶瓷管211的内壁面相接触,从而实现与所述吸油件21相接触,所述连接脚221的一端与所述电热丝220相连,所述连接脚221的另一端通过激光焊接至所述电极4。
所述连接座3的外周面设置有扣接凸起31,所述连接座3插设在所述安装槽131内,所述扣接凸起31与所述扣接槽133扣接相连,从而使所述连接座3与所述储油体1相连。所述连接座3还设置有通孔32、第一进气孔33、第一固定槽34、第二固定槽35及连接柱36,所述连接脚221穿过所述通孔32以与所述电极4焊接相连,所述第一进气孔33与所述通气道b相连通,因而在吸烟时,所述雾化组件外的气体可通过所述第一进气孔33流入所述通气道b内,以将通气道b内的气溶胶从所述出气孔111带出。所述第一进气孔33与所述电极4间隔设置,因而可较好地避免焊料堵塞所述第一进气孔33。所述第二固定槽35位于所述连接座3面向所述储油体的表面,所述第二固定槽35的底壁设置有支撑凸起351,所述支撑凸起351可以呈条形、圆环形或者方框形等。
所述电极4固定在所述连接座3的端面处,以通过所述电极4与电池组件电连接,吸烟时电池组件通过所述电极4向所述电热元件22供电。所述电极4设置有连接孔41及焊料容纳槽42,所述连接孔41一端的孔口位于所述焊料容纳槽42内,所述连接脚221至少部分插设在所述连接孔41内并与所述电极4焊接相连。
由于所述电极4固定在所述连接座3的端面处,所述电极4设置有连接孔41及焊料容纳槽42,所述连接孔41一端的孔口位于所述焊料容纳槽42内,所述连接脚221至少部分插设在所述连接孔41内并与所述电极4焊接相连。因此,焊接时通过焊料容纳槽42进行容纳焊料,焊料不容易流出,焊料较容易流入连接孔41内,连接脚221的周围能够附着较多的焊料,不容易导致虚焊,因而焊接牢固,使用寿命长。此外,由于焊料不易任意流动,因而较便于生产。
在本实施例中,所述电极4呈片状,并沿连接座3的端面内延伸设置,即 片状的所述电极4沿所述雾化组件的横向方向延伸设置,因而不仅可增加与所述电池组件电连接时的接触面积,避免电连接不可靠的问题,而且降低了制造难度。可以理解的是,所述电极4可以为板状或条状等。为了较好地固定所述电极4,所述电极4插设在所述第一固定槽34内。
所述焊料容纳槽42位于所述电极4背向所述连接座3的表面并且向靠近所述连接座3的另一表面延伸,所述连接脚221贯穿所述连接孔41并延伸至所述焊料容纳槽42内,因而焊接时,可组装完成电极4后再焊接所述连接脚221,因而连接较可靠,避免焊接连接脚221后再装所述电极4时,容易导致连接不可靠的问题。可以理解的是,在某些实施例中,所述焊料容纳槽42可以设置于所述电极4面向所述连接座3的表面。
所述焊料容纳槽42的槽口为孔状且大于所述连接孔41的孔口,所述焊料容纳槽42与所述连接孔41同轴设置,因而焊接时所述连接脚221的周围都能够附着焊料,因而连接更稳固。所述电极4在所述连接孔41的孔口处设置有定位凸起43,所述定位凸起43插设在所述通孔32内,因而焊接时较便于定位。在本实施例中,所述电极4包括由磁性材料制成的本体部及位于所述本体部表面的保护层,所述电极4还用于与所述电池组件磁吸相连。也就是说,所述电极4除了用于传输电能,还用于进行连接电池组件,因而可避免现有技术中,电池组件与雾化组件连接可靠,而电传输不一定可靠的问题。所述磁性材料可以为铁、钴、镍等材料,所述保护层可以为金属层、金属氧化层等,在本实施例中,所述保护层的材质为金,因而可提高导电性能。可以理解的是,所述电极4的材料在此不做具体限定。
所述雾化组件还包括第一滤网5及密封塞6,所述第一滤网5位于所述雾化芯2与所述连接座3之间,并插设在所述第二固定槽35内,用于滤除朝所述第一进气孔33泄漏的烟油,以避免烟油泄漏到电池组件,以导致电池组件短路的问题。所述第一进气孔33的出气口位于所述第二固定槽35的底壁处。所述支撑凸起351与所述第一滤网5相抵接,因而可减少第一滤网5与所述连接座3的接触面积,以更好地进行过滤。较佳地,所述支撑凸起351环绕所述第一进气孔33设置,因而可对所述滤网进行较好地支撑,且接触面积较少。
所述密封塞6位于所述储油体1与所述连接座3之间,其包括盖体部61及柱体部62,所述盖体部61位于所述安装槽131内,所述盖体部61设置有第二 进气孔611,所述第二进气孔611与所述第一进气孔33及所述通气道b的位置相对应,以将从所述第一进气孔33流入的气体导入所述通气道b。其中,固定座部13上设有分别连通所述第二进气孔611及通气道b的第三进气孔(图中未示出),以使气体可依次经过第一进气孔33、第二进气孔611、第三进气孔以及通气道而从所述出气孔111排出以供用户吸食。所述柱体部62位于所述盖体部61背向所述连接座3的一侧并与所述盖体部61相连,所述柱体部62插设在所述注油孔132内,因而可较好地密封烟油。在生产时,组装完成所述储油体1后再通过所述注油孔132向所述储油腔a注入烟油,因而便于生产。所述密封塞6设置有贯穿所述盖体部61并延伸至所述柱体部62内的连接槽63,所述连接柱36插设在所述连接槽63内,因而使所述密封塞6密封更紧密,提高了密封性能。
请参阅图7,本申请还提供了一种电子烟,包括雾化组件100及电池组件200,所述雾化组件100如上述所述的雾化组件100,所述电池组件200与所述雾化组件100电连接,用于为所述雾化组件100供电。由于所述电子烟的雾化组件100与上述所述的雾化组件100的结构相同,因此,也具备相同的技术效果。
综上所述,由于所述通气管部12与所述固定座部13为在模内注塑成型的一体成型结构,因此,可无需在所述通气管部12与所述固定座部13之间设置密封圈进行密封烟油,从而结构简单,不仅可以节约成本,而且可较好地避免漏油,便于自动化生产,提高了生产效率。由于所述通气管部12为金属材料制件,因此,可较好地避免雾化芯2雾化烟油时,通气管部12受热变形以致烟油泄漏的问题,较好地保证了密封性。

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,其特征在于,包括储油体、雾化芯、连接座及电极,所述储油体内设置有用于容纳烟油的储油腔;所述雾化芯包括具有连接脚的电热元件,所述电热元件用于雾化至少部分从所述储油腔提供给所述电热元件的烟油;所述连接座与所述储油体相连,所述电极固定在所述连接座上,在所述电极上设置有贯穿所述电极的连接孔及容纳槽,所述连接孔一端的孔口位于所述容纳槽内以连通该容纳槽,所述连接脚的至少部分插设在所述连接孔内并延伸至所述容纳槽内,从而与所述电极形成连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述电极呈片状并沿所述连接座的端面延伸设置。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述容纳槽位于所述电极背向所述连接座的表面并且向靠近所述连接座的另一表面延伸。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述容纳槽用于填充焊料,所述连接脚的至少部分延伸至所述容纳槽内且与所述电极形成焊接。

  10. 如权利要求9所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括第一滤网,所述第一滤网位于所述雾化芯与所述连接座之间,用于滤除朝所述第 一进气孔泄漏的烟油。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述连接座面向所述储油体的表面设置有第二固定槽,所述第一滤网插设在所述第二固定槽内,所述第一进气孔的出气口位于所述第二固定槽的底壁处。
  12. 如权利要求1或2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括密封塞,所述密封塞包括盖体部及柱体部,所述柱体部位于所述盖体部背向所述连接座的一侧并与所述盖体部相连;所述储油体设置有注油孔,所述注油孔与所述储油腔相连通,所述密封塞位于所述储油体与所述连接座之间,所述柱体部插设在所述注油孔内。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述密封塞设置有贯穿所述盖体部并延伸至所述柱体部内的连接槽,所述连接座设置有连接柱,所述连接柱插设在所述连接槽内。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述储油体包括储油套及隔离套,所述隔离套包括通气管部及固定座部,所述通气管部具有位置相对设置的第一端及第二端,所述通气管部位于所述储油套内,所述通气管部的第一端与所述储油套相连,所述通气管部的第二端与所述固定座部相连,所述雾化芯收容在所述通气管部内;所述固定座部与所述储油套相连,其中所述通气管部与所述固定座部为在模内注塑成型的一体成型结构。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述通气管部为金属材料制件,所述固定座部为非金属材料制件。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述通气管部包括第一通气段、第二通气段及连接段,所述连接段位于所述第一通气段与所述第二通气段之间并与所述第一通气段及第二通气段相连,所述第二通气段的横截面积大于所述第一通气段的横截面积,所述雾化芯收容在所述第二通气段内。
  17. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至16任一项所述的雾化组件。
