Abstract

L'invention concerne une préparation enzymatique de transformation d'ergopeptines, contenant au moins une ergopeptine composée de α/ß hydrolase de scission hydrolytique de noyau de cyclol et au moins une amidase transformant le produit de dégradation de la scission hydrolytique. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé pour produire cette préparation ainsi qu'un additif pour fourrage et un additif pour ensilage.
