Abstract

基板と、該基板上に配置され、陽極及び陰極からなる一対の電極と、該電極間に配置され、発光層を含む少なくとも一層の有機層とを有し、前記有機層の少なくとも一層に一般式(1)で表される化合物(式中、2つのXは共にO原子または共にS原子を表し、R~R10はそれぞれ独立に水素原子または置換基を表す)を含む有機電界発光素子は、発光効率が高くて、青色純度が優れており、駆動劣化に伴う色度変化が小さい。
