Abstract
본 발명은 탄광 및 폐탄광주변의 산업현장에서 발생되는 폐석탄,석탄재, 미분탄,경석,석탄폐석,광미(Tailing)와 같은 석탄폐자원과 폐주물사,슬래그와 같은 산업폐기물을 부원료로 하여 친환경적인 미네랄 섬유(Mineral Fiber)를 제조후, 펄프원료를 가미해 화학적 변성과 제지연화과정을 거쳐 미네랄펄프를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 제조 중간단계에서 제공되는 미네랄섬유는 산업용,건축자재,보온재,불연재,마찰재,보냉과 농업용에 이르기까지 다양하며, 유연하고 복원력이 우수한 친환경자재로 손색이 없을 정도로 그 이용가치가 높다. 또한, 최종재인 미네랄펄프는 천연펄프 대체로 수입대체의 효과를 제공한다.또, 폐자원의 재활용으로 에너지 절감은 물론 오염배출량을 획기적으로 줄여 녹색성장의 달성에 기여가 가능하며, 폐광촌지역 경제발전 효과와 고용창출에 기여하도록 한 유용한 발명인 것이다.
