Abstract

Cuchara con bordes flexibles compuesta por una parte rígida con borde en material flexible (silicona u otro). En uso, la cuchara es utilizada para extraer producto de un envase y sus bordes flexibles amoldan su forma a la del recipiente de modo que permitela profunda limpieza del mismo y la completa extracción del producto.

CUCHARA CON BORDES FLEXIBLES
CAMPO TÉCNICO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un utensilio y más particularmente a una cuchara con bordes flexibles que puede ser utilizada además como espátula.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Son conocidas en el estado del arte las cucharas y particularmente cucharas de diversos materiales rígidos tales como el plástico. En general y como es sabido, las cucharas encontradas en el mercado son rígidas en toda su forma, y no permiten sustraer de forma completa y acabada el contenido de los envases y/o potes de comestibles como por ejemplo yogurt o postres.
La presente invención provee una cuchara con un reborde de un material plástico flexible del tipo silicona u otro similar, en sus bordes frontal y laterales. Dicho reborde es continuo al espesor de la zona rígida de la cuchara para no generar residuos entre cada una de las partes.
La invención es referida en cuanto a la materialidad diferenciada por un sector flexible que permite la doble función de una cuchara tradicional más la de una espátula al amoldar su forma a la del recipiente.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN La cuchara con bordes flexibles está compuesta por una parte rígida con borde en material flexible (silicona u otro). En uso, la cuchara es utilizada para extraer producto de un envase y sus bordes flexibles amoldan su forma a la del recipiente de modo de permitir la profunda limpieza del mismo y la completa extracción del producto. DESCRIPCION DE LA FIGURA
La figura 1 muestra una vista en perspectiva de una cuchara de acuerdo con la presente invención.
DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DE LA INVENCIÓN: La invención se refiere a una novedosa, original y práctica cuchara realizada en un material rígido que comprende bordes flexibles.
Como puede observarse en la figura 1 , la cuchara propuesta (1 ) comprende un elemento de mango (2), unido a una porción cóncava (3) formando la cuchara propiamente dicha, una superficie frontal flexible (4) adherida al extremo de la porción cóncava (3), y superficies laterales flexibles (5, 6) continuamente unidas a la superficie frontal (4) adheridas también a la superficie cóncava. La superficie frontal flexible (4) conforma el borde frontal de la cuchara en tanto que las superficies laterales flexibles (5, 6) forman los bordes laterales. El elemento de mango (2) y la porción cóncava (3) son de un material rígido, seleccionado de entre un metal, una loza, una madera, o un material plástico rígido. Las superficies flexibles frontal y laterales son de un material flexible tal como por ejemplo una silicona.
Durante su utilización el borde frontal de la parte cóncava de la cuchara permite untar y extraer del envase (vaso u otro recipiente) de manera fácil y practica su contenido tanto del fondo del envase como así también de los laterales, ya que funciona como una espátula/contenedora. Mientras arrastra el contenido, el mismo se va alojando en el "centro" de la zona cóncava (3) de la cuchara. La superficie frontal flexible (4) y las superficies laterales flexibles (5, 6) son coplanares con la superficie de la porción cóncava (3) de la cuchara.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. Cuchara caracterizada porque comprende un elemento de mango 2, unido a una porción rígida cóncava 3, una superficie frontal flexible 4 en el borde frontal de la porción rígida 3, y superficies laterales flexibles 5, 6 continuamente unidas a la superficie frontal flexible 4.
2. Cuchara según la reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque dicho elemento de mango y dicha porción cóncava son de un material rígido seleccionado de entre un metal, una loza, una madera o un material plástico rígido.
3. Cuchara según la reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque dichas superficies frontal y laterales están adheridas a la superficie cóncava.
4. Cuchara según la reivindicación 3 caracterizada porque dichas superficies frontal y laterales son de un material flexible.
5. Cuchara según la reivindicación 4 caracterizada porque dicho material flexible es una silicona.
6. Cuchara según la reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque dichas superficies frontal y laterales son coplanares con la superficie de la porción cóncava.
