Description
DESCRIPCIÓN DESCRIPTION
CUCHARA CON BORDES FLEXIBLES SPOON WITH FLEXIBLE EDGES
CAMPO TÉCNICO DE LA INVENCIÓN TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a utensil and more particularly to a spoon with flexible edges that can also be used as a spatula.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Spoons and particularly spoons of various rigid materials such as plastic are known in the state of the art. In general and as is known, the spoons found in the market are rigid in all their form, and do not allow the contents of the containers and / or pots of groceries to be completely and finished, such as yogurt or desserts.
The present invention provides a spoon with a flange of a flexible plastic material of the silicone or other similar type, at its front and side edges. Said flange is continuous to the thickness of the rigid zone of the spoon so as not to generate waste between each of the parts.
The invention refers to the materiality differentiated by a flexible sector that allows the double function of a traditional spoon plus that of a spatula by adapting its shape to that of the container.
DESCRIPCION DE LA FIGURA BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The spoon with flexible edges is composed of a rigid part with a flexible material edge (silicone or other). In use, the spoon is used to extract product from a container and its flexible edges mold its shape to that of the container in order to allow the deep cleaning of the container and the complete extraction of the product. DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURE
Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a spoon according to the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION: The invention relates to a novel, original and practical spoon made of a rigid material comprising flexible edges.
As can be seen in Figure 1, the proposed spoon (1) comprises a handle element (2), attached to a concave portion (3) forming the spoon itself, a flexible front surface (4) adhered to the end of the portion concave (3), and flexible side surfaces (5, 6) continuously attached to the front surface (4) also adhered to the concave surface. The flexible front surface (4) forms the front edge of the spoon while the flexible side surfaces (5, 6) form the side edges. The handle element (2) and the concave portion (3) are of a rigid material, selected from a metal, a crockery, a wood, or a rigid plastic material. The flexible front and side surfaces are made of a flexible material such as a silicone.
During use, the front edge of the concave part of the spoon makes it possible to spread and remove from the container (glass or other container) easily and practically its contents both from the bottom of the container as well as from the sides, since it works as a spatula / container. While dragging the content, it is housed in the "center" of the concave zone (3) of the spoon. The flexible front surface (4) and the flexible side surfaces (5, 6) are coplanar with the surface of the concave portion (3) of the spoon.
