Abstract

본 발명은 혈관신생억제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 microRNA-382의 억제제를 포함하는 혈관신생억제용 약학적 조성물 등에 관한 것이다. 본 발명자들은 저산소 환경의 위암세포에서 발현이 증가되는 microRNA-382가 저산소 환경에서 유도되는 혈관신생의 촉진에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 발명의 약학적 조성물은 microRNA-382를 억제시킴으로써 혈관신생 및 암세포의 증식을 억제시킬 수 있고, 궁극적으로 암의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
