Abstract

본 발명은 지방족-방향족 폴리에스테르 공중합체 형태의 생분해성 수지를 제조하는 과정에 있어서 출발물질로 사용하는 지방족 디히드록시 화합물을 지방족 및 방향족 디카르복실산 화합물에 대해 1 내지 1.5 당량의 양으로 사용하며, 방향족 디카르복실산 화합물로 비교적 저렴한 화합물을 사용하는 생분해성 수지의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 지방족 디히드록시 화합물의 히드록시 그룹을 지방족 디카르복실산 화합물의 카르복실기와 1차 반응시키는 단계; 및 지방족 디히드록시 화합물의 잔여 히드록시 그룹을 방향족 디카르복실산 화합물의 카르복실기와 2차 반응시키는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면 지방족-방향족 폴리에스테르 공중합체 생분해성 수지의 기계적 물성을 저하시키지 않으면서 효율적인 방법으로 생분해성 수지를 제조할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
