Abstract
Un poliéster que comprende unidades de etilen 2,5-furandicarboxilato se prepara en un procedimiento, en donde en un paso de esterificación un compuesto de 2,5-furandicarboxilat o se hace reaccionar con etilen glicol para formar una composición de éster, que comprende componentes con porciones de 2-hidroxietil y 2,5-furandicarboxilato; en donde en un paso de policondensación la composición de éster de este modo obtenida se somete a policondensación a presión reducida en presencia de un catalizador de policondensación para obtener un policondensado; y en donde durante el paso de policondensación el ácido 2,5-furandicarboxílico se agrega a la composición de éster.
