Definitions
- the present invention relates to an absorbent article package in which an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin is wrapped with a packaging sheet.
- Patent Document 1 describes a package of absorbent articles in which sanitary napkins as absorbent articles are individually packaged with a packaging sheet.
- the package of the absorbent article is formed by joining the both sides in the width direction of the packaging sheet after folding the both sides in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article in a state where the absorbent article is arranged on the packaging sheet. .
- the absorbent article is stored in a storage space surrounded by the packaging sheet.
- the packaging sheet that wraps the absorbent article is generally constituted by a sheet material having air permeability such as a non-woven fabric or a sheet material having non-air permeability such as a resin film.
- the packaging sheet made of nonwoven fabric has a problem that printing is harder than the packaging sheet made of film.
- the packaging sheet which consists of a nonwoven fabric has the problem that cost is high compared with the packaging sheet which consists of films.
- a package of absorbent articles having a packaging sheet made of a film is widely provided.
- the packaging sheet made of a film is non-breathable, and it is difficult for air in the storage space to enter and exit.
- the absorbent article packaging body is stored in a product bag
- the absorbent article packaging body is pressed from the outside, the air in the storage space of the packaging sheet is compressed, and the air pressure in the storage space
- the joining location of a packaging sheet may fracture
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and in a package of absorbent articles in which absorbent articles are individually packaged by a non-breathable packaging sheet, the breakage of the joint portion that joins the packaging sheets together is performed. It aims at providing the package of the absorbent article which can be suppressed.
- an absorbent article packaging body (absorbent article packaging body 101) according to the present disclosure includes a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and the top sheet
- An absorbent article comprising: an absorbent article having an absorbent body disposed between a back sheet and a packaging sheet (packaging sheet 70) folded in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article and individually packaging the absorbent article.
- the packaging sheet is made of a non-breathable film, and the packaging body joins both ends of the packaging body in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.
- FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA shown in FIG. 3. It is the perspective view which showed typically the folding process of the package body of the absorbent article shown in FIG. It is the perspective view which showed typically the accommodation state to the accommodation bag of the package of an absorbent article. It is a top view of the package of the absorbent article which concerns on 2nd Embodiment.
- FIG. 1 is a plan view of an expanded state of the absorbent article packaging body
- FIG. 2 is a rear view of the absorbent article package expanded state.
- the package 101 of an absorbent article has the absorbent article 1 and the packaging sheet 70 which wraps this absorbent article 1 separately.
- the absorbent article 1 according to the present embodiment is, for example, a sanitary napkin.
- the absorbent article packaging body 101 is absorbed by the packaging sheet 70 and the absorbent article 1 being folded with the absorbent article 1 placed on the packaging sheet 70 and joined via a joint.
- the property article 1 is configured to be individually packaged.
- 1 and 2 show a state in which the absorbent article 1 is opened after individually packaging the absorbent article 1 with the packaging sheet 70.
- FIG. 3 is a plan view of the package of absorbent articles in a state where the absorbent articles 1 are individually packaged by the packaging sheet 70.
- FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA shown in FIG.
- the absorbent article 1 includes a top sheet 10 that comes into contact with the wearer's skin, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 20 that does not transmit liquid, and an absorber 30.
- the absorber 30 is disposed between the top sheet 10 and the back sheet 20. Therefore, the absorber 30 is shown with a broken line in FIG.
- the absorbent body 30 is disposed at the central portion in the longitudinal direction L and the width direction W of the absorbent article 1.
- the absorbent article 1 may be provided with the wing part and hip flap part provided in the outer side of the absorber 30 in the width direction.
- the top sheet 10 is a liquid-permeable sheet that transmits liquid such as body fluid.
- the top sheet 10 covers at least the surface of the absorber 30.
- the top sheet 10 is not particularly limited as long as it is a sheet-like material having a structure that allows liquid to permeate, such as a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a perforated plastic sheet, and a mesh sheet. Either natural fibers or chemical fibers can be used as the woven or non-woven material.
- the back sheet 20 has substantially the same length as the top sheet 10.
- the back sheet 20 may be a film mainly composed of polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like, a breathable resin film, a sheet obtained by bonding a breathable resin film to a nonwoven fabric such as spunbond or spunlace.
- the back sheet 20 is preferably made of a material having flexibility that does not cause a sense of incongruity when worn.
- the absorber 30 includes hydrophilic fibers and pulp.
- hydrophilic fibers include pulverized pulp, cellulose such as cotton, regenerated cellulose such as rayon and fibril rayon, semi-synthetic cellulose such as acetate and triacetate, particulate polymer, fibrous polymer, thermoplastic hydrophobic chemical fiber, or A thermoplastic hydrophobic chemical fiber or the like subjected to hydrophilic treatment can be used alone or in combination.
