Abstract
본 발명은 전능성 줄기세포로부터 희소돌기아교 전구세포의 제조 방법 및 방법에 의해 제조된 신경전구세포에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, (a) 전능성 줄기세포를 신경 로제트(neural rosette)로 분화시켜 신경전구세포를 포함하는 세포 파퓰레이션을 얻는 단계; (b) 상기 세포 파퓰레이션에 A2B5에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 접촉시키는 단계; (c) 상기 A2B5에 대한 항체가 결합된 A2B5 양성 세포를 분리하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 A2B5 양성 세포를 희소돌기아교 전구세포로 분화하는 단계에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 기존의 방법과 비교하여 효율적이고 안정된 희소돌기아교 전구세포의 제조 방법을 확립하고 표준화 할 수 있으며, 분화과정을 추적하기에 적합한 표지인자제공 할 수 있다. 또한, 분화 과정 중에 생길 수 있는 변수에 의한 분화 수율이 일정하게 유지되지 못하는 단점을 극복할 수 있으며, 분화과정을 단축하여 보다 고순도 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
