Abstract

Procédé d'impression à transfert par film, faisant appel aux processus suivants : imprimer une encre transparente et une encre colorée directement sur un film transparent (1) en PVC en utilisant un procédé d'impression inversée par héliogravure pour former un film d'impression par transfert à deux couches comprenant une couche de substrat en PVC et une couche imprimée (2) ; mettre en forme le film imprimé d'impression par transfert sur une machine (4) de formage sous vide ; disposer le film d'impression par transfert mis en forme sur la paroi intérieure d'une cavité de moule d'un moule (6), injecter un matériau (7) d'impression et achever l'impression par transfert d'un produit pendant le processus de mis en forme du matériau. Le produit fini obtenu par le procédé de l'invention présente un excellent motif d'impression et la couche d'image ne se décolle pas ; en outre, compte tenu de la structure simple, le film d'impression par transfert ne pollue pas l'environnement, d'où des économies sur le coût des produits.
