- 被製版ロールに対して一連の処理を行い製版ロールとする全自動グラビア製版処理システムに用いられる凝縮器付処理ユニットであり、
処理槽と、
前記処理槽内にグラビアシリンダを保持するためのチャック手段と、
前記処理槽の一部に設けられた吸気のための吸気口と、
前記処理槽の一部に設けられた排気のための排気口と、
前記処理槽と前記排気口との間に設けられた凝縮器と、
前記排気のうち、前記凝縮器によって液化された処理液を前記処理槽に戻すための処理液戻し管と、を含むことを特徴とする凝縮器付処理ユニット。 - 前記凝縮器が、空冷式凝縮器であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の凝縮器付処理ユニット。
- 前記凝縮器付処理ユニットが、銅メッキ装置、クロムメッキ装置、腐食装置、から選ばれる少なくとも1つの処理装置であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の凝縮器付処理ユニット。
- 請求項1~3いずれか1項記載の凝縮器付処理ユニットを組み入れたことを特徴とする全自動グラビア製版処理システム。
