Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de préparation d'un catalyseur supporté, lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : (i) utiliser un support de catalyseur poreux comprenant une ossature ayant une structure poreuse interne comprenant un ou plusieurs pores, laquelle structure poreuse interne comprend un réactif précipitant; (ii) mettre en contact le support de catalyseur avec une solution ou une suspension colloïdale comprenant un métal catalytiquement actif de façon à ce que, au contact avec le réactif précipitant, des particules comprenant le métal catalytiquement actif soient précipitées à l'intérieur de la structure poreuse interne de l'ossature du support de catalyseur. L'invention porte également sur des catalyseurs supportés formés selon le procédé ci-dessus et sur l'utilisation des catalyseurs en catalyse de réactions chimiques, par exemple dans la synthèse de Fischer-Tropsch d'hydrocarbures.
