Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a modular construction system designed to facilitate the construction of buildings based on attached, stackable and interconnectable modules. Field of application of the invention.
  • the modular construction system of this invention is applicable in the construction sector of buildings in general, and more especially of buildings with removable modular structures. Background of the invention.
  • the modules are reinforced concrete blocks that constitute a room or several, so that their dimensions and weight are very high for conventional transport, which reduces the economic advantage by requiring expensive special transport between the factory and the construction place.
  • these heavy modules are difficult to handle with cranes and fit on site due to their great weight.
