Abstract
L'invention concerne des procédés d'extraction de protéines à partir d'un matériau végétal caractérisé par une forte teneur en composés interférents, en particulier des polysaccharides abondants tels que la pectine. Le procédé de l'invention met en oeuvre un traitement pectolytique, en préparation de l'échantillon de matériau végétal, avant extraction des protéines. Ce procédé optimisé produit des extraits de protéines de haute qualité compatibles avec d'autres analyses protéomiques sensibles, notamment des procédés de type électrophorèse sur gel bidimensionnelle ou spectrométrie de masse. L'invention concerne également les extraits de protéines obtenus par le procédé de l'invention, et l'utilisation de ce procédé dans la préparation d'échantillons de protéines. L'invention concerne en outre un kit d'extraction de protéines pour la mise en œuvre du procédé, ainsi que l'utilisation de ce kit pour l'analyse de protéines et la protéomique.
