Abstract
Se describen métodos espectrométricos de masas para determinar la cantidad de un analito en una muestra recolectada por un dispositivo de micromuestreo. En el presente documento se proporcionan métodos dirigidos a la cuantificación de la cantidad de un analito en una muestra al extraer un analito de una muestra recolectada por un dispositivo de micromuestreo, purificar la muestra por cromatografía líquida, ionizar el analito para generar uno o más iones detectables por espectrometría de masas, y determinar la cantidad del o los iones por espectrometría de masas. La cantidad del analito en la muestra se relaciona con la cantidad del analito en el paciente.
