Abstract
There is described a low-friction hose deflection means (1) for a sewer cleaning device (25), it being possible to move said hose deflection means (1) into position without manual aid. To this end, there is provided an adjusting means, preferably a pneumatically operated telescope (10), with the aid of which, when sewer cleaning has been finished, a main frame (2) of the hose deflection means (1) is removed from a position on the shaft wall of an inspection shaft, as a result of which the sewer cleaning device (25) is pulled into the inspection shaft. From there, it can be pulled upwards out of the inspection shaft without problems. It is therefore not necessary for a fitter to climb down into the inspection shaft in order to position the hose deflection means.
