Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de séparation et de traitement du marc d'olive à deux phases, qui est réalisé lors de l'opération d'extraction d'huile d'olive utilisant une centrifugeuse horizontale (décanteur) à deux phases, ou après le stockage et le transfert du marc d'olive à deux phases contenant une forte quantité d'eau. Le procédé consiste à utiliser un séparateur à vis de pression lors de la procédure d'extraction d'huile d'olive ou dans différentes installations, pour obtenir un marc d'olive solide à faible humidité et une pâte d'olive pure, exempte de fragments de noyaux, de peaux, ou de tout autre déchet.
