Abstract

본 발명에 따른 유기 발광 소자의 제조방법은 1) 기판 상에 형성된 제1 전극 상에 스페이서(spacer) 패턴을 형성하는 단계, 2) 유기물층 및 제2 전극을 형성하는 단계, 3) 인캡슐레이션 박막을 형성한 후, 상기 인캡슐레이션 박막 중 적어도 일부분을 에칭하여 제1 전극을 노출시키는 단계, 및 4) 상기 3) 단계의 노출된 제1 전극과 전기적으로 연결된 보조 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 유기 발광 소자는 투명 전극에서 길이 방향의 전극 저항에 의한 전압 강하 및 이에 따른 소자 휘도 불균형의 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.
