Abstract
The present invention relates to controlling HVAC for an online electric vehicle, which predicts required power consumption for driving and for an HVAC system to operate the in-vehicle HVAC system, such as for heating and cooling, for the duration of the drive of the vehicle until reaching a destination so as to decide the optimum driving route, and which establishes a strategy for controlling the HVAC system, including heating and cooling, by referencing power consumption that is predicted according to the driving of the vehicle and the operation of the HVAC system, thereby enabling a user of the online electric vehicle to satisfy both securing a traveling distance and comfort at the same time.
