Abstract

본 발명의 일측면은 중량%로, C: 0.2~0.35%, Si: 0.1~0.5%, Mn: 0.5~1.8%, Ni: 0.1~0.6%, Nb: 0.005~0.05%, Ti: 0.005~0.02%, P: 0.03% 이하, S: 0.03% 이하, Al: 0.05% 이하(0%는 제외), N: 0.01% 이하(0%는 제외), 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 내마모성, 내식성 및 저온인성이 우수한 오일샌드 슬러리 파이프용 강판을 제공함으로써, 강 성분계와 미세조직을 제어하여 파이프로서 조관이 가능하면서도 오일샌드 슬러리 파이프의 가혹한 마모환경에서도 우수한 내마모성을 가질 수 있고, 내식성도 향상시킬 수 있으며, 저온에서의 충격인성도 우수하게 확보할 수 있고, 또한 경제성 및 생산효율도 우수한 오일샌드 슬러리 파이프용 강판을 얻을 수 있다.
