Abstract

本発明による拡管用油井管は、坑井内で拡管される。本発明の拡管用油井管は、質量％で、Ｃ：０．００５～０．０３％、Ｓｉ：０．１～１．０％、Ｍｎ：０．２～２．０％、Ｐ：０．０４％以下、Ｓ：０．０１５％以下、Ｃｒ：１８．０～２７．０％、Ｎｉ：４．０～９．０％、Ａｌ：０．０４０％以下、Ｎ：０．０５～０．４０％を含有し、残部はＦｅ及び不純物からなる化学組成と、オーステナイト率が４０～９０％である組織とを有する２相ステンレス鋼からなる。また、本発明の拡管用油井管は、２７６ＭＰａ～６５５ＭＰａの降伏強度を有し、２０％よりも大きい一様伸びを有する。そのため、本発明の拡管用油井管は、優れた拡管性を有する。
