Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Zellreaktor zur Behandlung und Untersuchung von Zellkulturen und zur kontinuierlichen Versorgung unterschiedlicher Zellen, wobei der Zellreaktor eine selektive Entnahme und Analyse von Zellen aus definierten Positionen innerhalb von natürlichen oder artifiziellen 3D-Strukturen ohne Zerstörung der Zellkulturträger ermöglicht. Der erfindungsgemäße Zellreaktor ( 6, 6 ', 6 ' ', 6a) ist ausgeführt mit a) einem Oberteil (9, 9', 9' ') und einem Unterteil (10, 10', 10"), b) einem Layersystem (1, 1') mit mindestens einem als Layer (3) ausgebildeten durchströmbaren Zellkulturträger, mit einer Positioniervorrichtung, mit einem Layerkorb (4, 4') für die Layer (3) und mit einem Fixierring (2, 2'), und c) einem Verschlussmechanismus mit einer lösbaren Verbindung zwischen Oberteil (9, 9', 9' ') und Unterteil (10, 10', 10' ').
