- the opening part of the bag 2 is a band portion (3); is tightened to the neck of the user to reduce the suffocation accident caused by harmful gases when evacuated by fire.
- the prior art has a problem that the breathing time is too short to provide sufficient time for evacuation.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above problems of the prior art, it is possible to provide sufficient evacuation time by filtering the toxic gas to facilitate breathing, it is not necessary to have a purifying tank can reduce the cost, so that the mass distribution
- the objective is to provide an emergency respirator that ensures the safety of evacuation personnel.
- the object of the present invention includes a main body that can be worn on the head and the sealing means formed on the lower end of the main body, the main body is made of a membrane filter material and the receiving space is formed therein, the front air Ejector is equipped to open only when discharging,
- the discharge portion the case is formed with a plurality of vent holes attached to the body; A cap coupled to the front and rear of the case; And a diaphragm which is coupled to the inside of the case and is opened in only one direction.
- the main body has a see-through window formed on the front surface, an opening is formed at the bottom, and the cushion member is attached to the opening so as to be in close contact with the neck without irritating the skin and having airtightness.
- the sealing means is a strap or detachable Velcro fastener that is coupled to the opening and tightened or loosened.
- the sound generating means capable of making a sound using the exhaled breath, preferably the sound generating means is a whistle.

- Figure 7 is a state of wearing of the emergency gas mask according to the present invention.
- the emergency gas mask A As shown in FIGS. 2 to 7, the emergency gas mask A according to the present invention comprises a main body 2 which can be worn on a head and a sealing means 4 formed at the lower end of the main body 2. do.
- the main body 2 is made of a membrane filter material, the receiving space is formed so that the head is inserted therein, the discharge portion (6) exhaling is formed on the front.
- the inner side of the main body 2 is further formed to the secondary sealing member 5 is worn on the neck to block the outside air from entering.
- the secondary sealing member 5 is a fabric of a silicone material having elasticity and a through hole 50 is formed so that the head can be fitted in the center. That is, the secondary sealing member 5 is the same structure as the through-hole formed in the center of the swimming cap, the head can be fitted by the elasticity of the material and the through-hole 50 is in close contact with the neck can have airtightness.
- the size of the through hole 50 is preferably formed to be in close contact with the neck, and the periphery of the through hole is in close contact with the neck so that the airtightness can be improved and the skin irritation can be minimized.
- the membrane filter material constituting the main body 2 is an artificial osmosis membrane used for the reverse osmosis water purification method, and is composed of a support layer of a porous material, which is a polymer film having a different density from layer to layer, and a very thin high density separation layer.
- Membrane filter material is a material with high purification performance. Membrane with fine pores has the ability to filter not only heavy metals such as lead and arsenic, but also radioactive material.
- the whole body 2 may be made of a membrane filter material, or a membrane filter material may be applied to only a part of the body 2, and the membrane filter material can freely breathe air and can filter out toxic substances. This can be exercised.
- the main body 2 is preferably in the shape of an envelope made of a square or oval shape so as to be covered with a head, and is coated to have a flame retardant or non-flammable performance.
- the main body 2 has a see-through window 20 formed on the front surface of the main body 2 so as to identify the outside in a worn state, and an opening 22 is formed at the bottom thereof.
- the viewing window 20 is preferably a flame retardant or non-flammable synthetic resin is applied.
- the opening 22 is provided with a sealing means (4) to wear the main body 2 and then sealed with a sealing means (4) to be in close contact with the neck.
- a velcro fastener which is usually strapped or detached is suitable.
- the cushioning member 3 is attached to the airtight body by tightening the sealing means 4 without irritating the skin when it is in close contact with the neck.
- the cushion member 3 made of a normal sponge is formed on the inner surface of the opening, which is a part touching the neck, thereby reducing skin irritation.
- the discharge part 6 functions as a kind of check valve that makes it easy to discharge the air in the main body 2 and blocks the outside air from being sucked in.
- sound generating means 7 mounted on the case 60 and capable of making a sound by using the exhaled breath.
- the case 60 is coupled to the cap 61 to be opened or closed on the front. That is, a ring portion 606 connected to the case 60 is formed at one side of the cap 61 attached to the front of the case 60, and the diaphragm 62 inside the case 60 when the cap 61 is opened. This makes it possible to clean and exchange.
- the diaphragm 62 is mounted to be supported on the front surface of the bracket 64 formed in the case 60 in a thin film form.
- the diaphragm 62 is closed when inhaling air, and is opened when exhaling.
- the diaphragm 62 when the air is inhaled, the diaphragm 62 is in a closed state, and thus air inhalation occurs through the main body 2 made of a membrane filter material, and when the exhaled air, the diaphragm 62 is opened to open the discharge part 6. Since it can be discharged quickly through the body 2 to prevent the accumulation of carbon dioxide in the breathing is comfortable, it is possible to prevent the phenomenon of frost in the see-through window 20.
- the sound generating means 7 is attached to the cap of the case 60, and the usual whistle is applied.
- the wearer breathes out the sound generating means (7) to generate a high-pitched sound to inform their position, it can also be used to warn others.
- the view is blurred so that it cannot be identified by toxic gas smoke, so it can be a means for notifying the user's position by sound and detecting the position and distance of people around him. Good effector can be provided.
- the head is covered through the opening 22 of the main body 2.
- the head is pushed through the through hole 50 of the sub sealing member 5, and when the head is completely inserted into the main body 2, the periphery of the through hole 50 is closely adhered to the neck by the elasticity of the sub sealing member 5.
- the outside air is introduced into the purified state through the membrane filter constituting the main body 2, so that the harmfulness is removed and can move while breathing comfortable air.
- the vision is blurred by the smoke to the extent that the object can not be distinguished by blowing the sound generating means 7 provided in the discharge unit 6 can inform the location and request for rescue.
